Salad with scallops: we cook deliciously and variously

Seafood is usually presented on our table with shrimps and crab sticks. Occasionally, a sea cocktail can flash . But all this has become as familiar as the standard Olivier basin. It's time to abandon stereotypes and prepare a salad with a scallop. Its meat is tender and exotic, and the recipe can be picked up to your taste - or modify an existing one.

Green salad

The recipe is fascinated by the fact that the exotic does not get along badly with absolutely ordinary components like radishes. In addition, it is proposed to use the main ingredient in thawed and not treated. Do not tremble for health: deep freezing eliminated all possible microorganisms that could hide in seafood. Four hundred grams of scallop are combined with napled lettuce leaves, six radishes, cut circles, semicircles of fresh cucumber and chopped dill. This salad is poured with a scallop sauce made from a quarter of a glass of sour cream, mixed with an equal volume of kefir, padded and peppered. Enjoy!

Citrus salad

One of the culinary subtleties of this dish is the need to take several kinds of lettuce on the leaf. Together they will need a gram of one hundred for the double weight of seafood. Scallops themselves are fried, sprinkled with sauce and mixed. For the sauce, combine a spoonful of fresh lemon and orange juice, half - juice yuzu (can be replaced with tangerine), sweet mustard and grape oil, plus pepper. The pulp of an orange half without pits and septa is combined with torn salad leaves and a teaspoon of yoggie (you can mix lemon with mandarin orange). All this is flavored with sauce and put in the center of the plate. Around are placed tomato slices (preferably orange), each is joined by a scallop and sprinkled with thin roasted rings of leeks. We will not argue: a citrus salad with a scallop requires exotic ingredients and dexterity in decoration. But believe me - his taste will amaze you.

Warm salad

This kind of snacks is a novelty for many housewives, although more and more is gaining popularity. The main thing in his presentation is that your delicious warm salad with scallops does not cool down. The recipe allows the use of both fresh and frozen seafood. The latter will have to be unfrozen beforehand. A little olive oil is poured into the hot pan and half the cognac; In a mixture of a couple of minutes, scallops are fried (there are enough for one hundred grams). In ruddy seafood pour four spoons of yogurt, in which they must be stewed no longer than three minutes. On the plate is laid out a mix of lettuce leaves and halves of five cherry tomatoes, on top - warm seafood along with the sauce. Crowned a salad with a scallop with orange segments along with peel and mint leaves.

Unusual dish from ordinary products

Most recipes often combine seafood with exotic ingredients, which does not always correspond to the average Russian preferences.
