Then the dried fruit is filtered, and the cognac is mixed with a tablespoon of mustard, ground to a smoothness with a spoonful of vinegar (preferably wine), two - olive oil, curry, pepper and salt (seasonings - according to your taste). The dish is forgiven with lettuce leaves, the same amount is cut with straws and mixed with cubes of a half-kilogram of boiled breast and two avocados. The mixture is laid out on leaves, sprinkled with raisins soaked in brandy, and chopped almonds (half a glass). Dressing with the prepared sauce - and the salad "Delight" give to the test aesthetes. Naturally, the dish is intended exclusively for adults.

Crab version

Note that the salad "Delight" does not necessarily have to be cooked with chicken. There are recipes in which pork is "tastier". And this dish is for seafood lovers. For a salad, take a 200-gram package of crab meat. On an extreme occasion, wands will come off, but it's better to be generous with a natural product. Meat is divided, if necessary large parts are cut. Five eggs are cooked; For this dish it is important not to crumble them, as we used to, and cut into large slices - one egg for 6-8 slices.
