The recipe for cooking scallops is essentially simple. Prepare the following set of ingredients:

  • Fresh garlic (5 denticles);
  • 50 ml of soy sauce;
  • Noodles called "glass" from legumes (200 g);
  • A small piece of butter (60 g);
  • Scallops (500 g).

This dish has an unusual but very pleasant taste. Sea scallops fried, the recipe of which will be described below, very often found in the menu of the most expensive elite restaurants. In fact, the cost price of such a dish is affordable to anyone who knows how to cook.

If you have a frozen product on your hands, then in this case the scallops must be held in the refrigerator beforehand to be thawed. Put a pan on the gas, add a little vegetable oil to it. It should boil. Then put the scallops on the frying pan. They need to be properly fried first on one side, and then turned over to the other. This recipe (scallop should result in a golden hue) provides a complete or average degree of readiness of seafood. In any case, the dish will turn out juicy and very gentle.

To give the scallops piquancy, chop the garlic and add it to the skillet. Place the butter and pour the concentrated soy sauce. After these manipulations, make the fire under the frying pan weaker. Stew scallops for about 10 minutes. The frying pan must be covered with a lid (the recipe is recommended). The scallop in this case is better impregnated with soy sauce and will acquire a delicate garlic flavor. Pepper and salt the dish for a couple of minutes until ready.

In the preparation process, be guided by your own preferences. If the soy sauce seems too salty, then you can dilute it with water or reduce the amount. The same goes for garlic. You can choose any list of spices and herbs to make the dish more original. At the same time, the general taste of the delicacy will not suffer at all.

Its taste perfectly harmonizes with spicy seafood and adds a touch of tenderness to this original dish. It is prepared very simply.
