But all the useful substances that break down with another method of treatment, perfectly preserved. To prepare salmon according to this recipe, you will need the following products:

* Salmon 600 g
* Mustard and honey for one tablespoon
* Lemon 1,5 pieces
*Spinach
*Parsley
* Salt, pepper to taste

Salmon baked in the oven in foil is prepared as follows: the salmon is cleaned and cut into portions. From one lemon squeeze the juice and mix with honey and mustard. In the resulting sauce you need to add salt and pepper and grease the pieces of salmon, after which they must be wrapped in foil and placed in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. The salmon is baked until ready for half an hour. Before serving, slices of salmon are laid out on a dish covered with spinach leaves, and decorated with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs. This dish is prepared for the festive table.

Salmon baked in the oven is also prepared without honey and mustard. Sliced salmon can simply salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and grease with any vegetable oil. Then the fish is wrapped in foil and baked in the oven for 30-45 minutes. Baking time depends on the thickness of the pieces.

There are not only delicious salmon cooking recipes, but also useful. For example, salmon baked in a double boiler is considered a dietary dish, and it takes less than an hour to prepare it. To prepare this dish you will need the following ingredients:

Salmon
Lemon 1 piece
Greens: parsley, dill, basil
Salt to taste
Seasoning of hops-suneli

Prepared slices of salmon to salt on all sides, sprinkle seasoning and put in a steamer. From above it is necessary to put twigs of greens and to include a double boiler. After 45 minutes the salmon is ready. For a garnish very good for asparagus beans. The dish is decorated with finely chopped herbs and lemon slices.

Or, for example, fried salmon. To prepare four servings you will need:

Salmon 4 pieces of 200 g
Salt, black pepper powder
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Mustard 2 teaspoons
Chili powder 0.5 teaspoon
Water 0.25 cups
Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
Cognac 3 tablespoons
Butter 25 g
Blackberry 400 g

Slices of salmon should be salted and peppered from all sides. In a frying pan pour vegetable oil and put on a strong fire. When the oil is sufficiently heated, a fish is put in a frying pan and fry for about two minutes, pressing each piece with a fork. After that, the fire is reduced, the fish is turned over, covered with a lid and fried for another three to four minutes. Then the roasted salmon is transferred to the dish, and the sauce is prepared in the frying pan.

To prepare the sauce, it is necessary to mix well the mustard, red pepper, water, vinegar and blackberries in the cup. The mixture is poured into a frying pan and cooked over low heat until it thickens. After that, butter, salt and balsamic vinegar are added to taste. With this sauce roasted salmon is poured and served on the table.
