Prepare a "canvas"

Below it we will mean a base, transparent and rather dense, in the center of which the flower will form in the future.

  • It is desirable to cook it in a transparent container (glass, plastic), through which the flower in the jelly will be clearly visible.
  • For consistency density, you must observe the proportions - for 200 milliliters of water 10 grams of dry gelatin.
  • A pure transparent "canvas" can be painted in different shades to your taste, but many people prefer to leave it in such a primordial form for facilitating subsequent work.
  • In order for the base to be tasty, but not cloudy, add sugar (40-50 grams) and a teaspoon of lemon juice to it.
  • Pour gelatin with the necessary amount of water, let it swell.
  • Heat the mass, dissolve sugar in it, add lemon juice, do not need to boil, enough warming up to eighty degrees.
  • Give the "canvas" a little cool and send it to the refrigerator.

Basis for petals

The flower in the jelly is better to color with natural juices (beet, carrot, spinach juice), and for consistency density, add the usual milk. Without it, thin delicate petals will not be so graphical, but here are a few important aspects to consider:

  1. Milk does not like acids, and when interacting with it quickly turns off, so it's better not to use orange, cherry, lemon and other strong acid juices in this situation.
  2. The consistency should be as concentrated as possible, so it is better to prepare the dyes (squeeze the juice) yourself. So 3d flowers in jelly will look especially rich, and dessert will be extremely useful.
  3. Continue to observe the proportions (10 g / 200 ml), pour gelatin with water, let it swell, and separately heat the milk separately, it is not recommended to boil it.
  4. Combine the milk with the swollen gelatin and juice, the total liquid ratio should not be more than two hundred milligrams, with strong dilution the petals can harden and not keep the shape.

Forming a bouquet

All the necessary components have been prepared. You can include fantasy and create luxurious, lively flowers in jelly. We will start the master class by preparing the necessary inventory and all the ingredients. We will need:

  1. The basis is a previously prepared transparent sheet in a glass container.
  2. Tools - a common medical syringe with a thin needle (it is convenient here ten-cube), a medium-sized knife, a few spoons with pointed tips for easy insertion into jelly.
  3. Glasses with a multi-colored base for petals. Red, lilac, orange is performed by the flower itself in the jelly. Green leaves form the leaves, giving the finished composition even more natural.

To create a flower in the jelly in the form of only a blossoming live chrysanthemum, we need yellow and red colors.

  • Fill the syringe with a yellow shade and at an angle of ninety degrees, insert it into the base, gradually releasing the liquid as the needle is pulled out. Appear on the surface of droplets should be carefully cleaned with a tissue.

  • Now we change the technology a little, we need a spoon and a green tint. We proceed to design chrysanthemum leaves. We introduce a spoon at the same angle with the convex side up, along its upper edge, trying not to break the integrity of the base, we lower the needle and fill the entire formed slot with green color.

Basic subtleties
