Marriage is a genius invention of society. According to Christian laws, real feelings are born directly in marriage. A strong family is a reliable harbor in life's turmoil and vicissitudes. In the country crisis, at work problems, on the street crime ... Native home, native people - that's who will always find the right words, will be able to calm and give love. But far from always favorable relations last a long time, for some reasons, for a variety of reasons, there may come a crisis moment, when each other's support is needed.

It is in a difficult situation, many people do not find another way out except to break off relations. Divorce from the psychological point of view does not pass without a trace for the majority of people, and if there are children in the family, then this is also a double stress for the baby. In addition to emotional failure, the breakdown of relationships entails legal red tape, creates serious problems in the implementation of parental roles. Usually, after the divorce, the children remain in the care of the mother who is engaged in their upbringing - from the father they are required to pay alimony, but sometimes the men are shy from paying any payments. You can not escape from the law - alimony in a solid monetary amount still have to be paid before the child comes of age.

The duty of parents is to provide a decent future for their young children, meeting their daily needs. The holder has the right to demand monthly payments from the payer, even in a judicial procedure. According to the legislation, alimony for 1 child is ¼ of the total income of one of the parties, alimony for the second child is 1/3 of the profit and 50% of the earnings for the third and subsequent children. The amount of the content may be increased or reduced by a court decision depending on the financial situation and other important circumstances of the payer, the main thing is that the recoverable amount (art. 103 SC) is not less than that established by law.

Material liabilities cease in the following cases: the death of the beneficiary of alimony or the payer himself, the termination of the agreement by agreement of both parties, the expiration of the agreement, the achievement of the child's 18th birthday, the acquisition of full legal capacity by the child (marriage, emancipation). If each parent is left in the care of children, then alimony in a hard sum of money is paid by a party better off to another person. Undoubtedly, legal and property disputes during divorce are an integral part of any divorce proceedings where there are children.

If the spouses solve all the problems peacefully, discussing in advance all the details - this process will be less laborious and painful. Another important point when adult children are not easily able and need parental care, assistance (disabled, retirement age). Article 85KK clearly states that in this case, parents are obliged to provide assistance, alimony for adult children in the amount less than the subsistence minimum. Even if the parent deviates from paying alimony, an adult child can apply to the court for debt collection if:

· The child is incapacitated;

· There is no agreement on nutritional content;

· A person needs help.

In this case, the court orders to pay alimony in a fixed amount of money, taking into account certain nuances. Also, the court takes into account all types of income: even if the minimum wage is paid by the payer, it is still conferred on him to provide adult incapacitated children.

Divorce of parents for a child is a serious psychological stress, often on this basis in children there are various diseases, complexes that need to be treated by a specialist, otherwise the consequences can be sad.

Situations are different, but, nevertheless, it is always necessary to find compromises and ways of solving problems, especially if the children are growing up in the family. Both parents bear full responsibility for their child and are obliged to raise a full-fledged person from him and pay alimony in a fixed amount of money if they live separately. So the law says.
