  • Broccoli - 300 grams
  • Apples - 100 grams
  • Lemon - 1 piece

Separate inflorescences of broccoli, rinse under water and dip into boiling water for about 3 minutes. We chop the greens finely. Apples need to be cleaned and cut into slices.
