The classic recipe for "Napoleon"

Almost every second housewife knows the recipe for Napoleon. After all, this cake is the most delicious and delicate dessert, from which both adults and children come to delight. It is worth noting that it is prepared quite easily, but it takes a lot of effort and time to get the perfect sweet dish.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Margarine creamy - 260 g;
  • Wheat flour - 2.5 cups for cakes and 3 large spoons for cream;
  • Drinking water filtered - ½ cup;
  • Vinegar table apple - 2 large spoons;
  • Salt cooked - at personal discretion;
  • Fresh milk fat - 500 ml;
  • Granulated sugar - 1 glass;
  • Large chicken egg - 3 pcs .;
  • Butter fresh - 110 g;
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 package (5 g).

The recipe of "Napoleon", or rather, the process of preparing the basics, requires careful compliance with all of the following recommendations, otherwise the cake will not turn out to be gentle and lush. Thus, it is necessary to pour the drinking water into a large bowl, add to it apple cider vinegar and a small pinch of table salt. After that, in a separate bowl you need to chop a little melted creamy margarine and rub it with wheat flour until the oily crumb is formed. Further to the received weight it is necessary to pour water with vinegar, and then carefully all to mix hands that as a result the dense basis well falling from hands was formed. It is worth noting that this option is a classic recipe test. "Napoleon", cooked on it, it turns out very tasty and delicate.

After the base is well knit, it needs to be divided into exactly 4 parts, each of which must be wrapped in a food film and sent to a cold store for 1.5 hours.

Process of preparation of a cream

The recipe for "Napoleon" can contain different ways of preparing the cream. However, we will only consider its classical version. To do this, in a separate bowl you should carefully beat up 3 eggs of chicken, add to them sugar, wheat flour and fresh fatty milk. Next, the ingredients should be slightly heated in a water bath. In the process of such treatment, the cream should thicken, after which it is required to lay out butter and vanillin. Then the cream should be thoroughly mixed and cooled in the cold air.

Baking of cakes

Ready and cooled dough is required to get out of the refrigerator, divide each piece into two equal parts (in total it will be 8 pieces) and roll them into a circle whose diameter will be equal to the size of the shape where biscuits are planned to be baked. They are prepared in the oven quickly enough (12-17 minutes).

Formation of dessert

The browned cakes should be cooled, and then abundantly lubricate the previously prepared cream. Top cake is also recommended to be generously coated and sprinkled with crumbs, which should be made from cut edges.

As you can see, the recipe of Napoleon is not so complicated as it seems at first glance. Formed cake can be eaten immediately (in this case it will be crunchy), and you can let it soak, which will make it soft and gentle.
