Tiger chrimp. The recipe for delicacy

Shrimp - small crustacean decapods, inhabiting the salt and fresh water of our vast planet. Thanks to their light, but at the same time nutritious meat, they are deeply embedded in the national cuisine of most peoples of the world. However, even with such a widespread prevalence of dishes with shrimp are still considered a delicacy. Let's consider several options for the preparation of these crustaceans.

Fried tiger shrimps

The recipe of this dish is very simple in execution, and thanks to the minimum number of ingredients and the most usual method of preparation, the refined taste of these crustaceans is fully revealed.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of shrimp tiger (500 g);
  • 100 g of butter;
  • 3 tooth. Garlic;
  • Pepper ground red;
  • 1/2 lemon;

Preparation

  1. Crustaceans, without preliminary defreezing, lay on a hot dry pan with a thin layer in one shrimp. Cover the dishes with a lid and fry over medium heat until moisture is released. Drain the liquid and continue cooking until the moisture disappears completely.

  3. At the end, add the chopped garlic, red pepper and keep on the fire for a couple of minutes. Finished fried prawns put on a dish and pour with lemon juice.

And here is another way of cooking the inhabitants of the sea depths. This option is suitable for a light dinner. Tender meat cooked for a couple of shrimp in combination with an airy cream of cauliflower - the magic and only!

Ingredients

  • 8-10 shrimp tiger;
  • 400 g of colored cabbage;
  • 2 table. Spoons of lemon juice;
  • 150 ml of milk;
  • 3-4 sprigs of dill, parsley;
  • salt.

Preparation

  1. In the cup of a steamer, lay the tiger shrimps (the prescription presupposes the presence of this miracle of technique). For complete readiness, it's enough to keep them there for 6-8 minutes. Remove the carapace and get rid of the intestinal vein.
  2. In boiling milk, lowered the cauliflower, disassembled into inflorescences. Cook 3-4 minutes until cooked. Beat with a blender to a uniform puree state. Salt. Add the juice of the lemon.
  3. Prepare the cream on a serving dish, place on top steam tiger shrimps, the recipe of which has been described. The food should be served hot on the table.

Shrimp sauce

Shrimp can be served not only as a snack, but also as an additive to the main dish in the form of a delicate sauce.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of shrimp;

  • 100 grams of cream cheese cream;
  • 1 pinch of basil and oregano.

Preparation

  1. In salted water boil the shrimp until cooked. Cool and clean from shell.
