To cook the eggplant in Chinese, stock up the following set of products: a pair of blue, vinegar (10 g.), Soy sauce (50 g.), Sugar (10 g.), Honey (5 g.), Olive oil (50 g. ), Starch (10 gr.) And a pinch of salt.

Rinse the vegetables, cut them into long slices. Then pour the olive oil into a frying pan, warm it up and lay out the foods. Fry should be on both sides. We pour a little water and weighed on a small fire for 15 minutes.

When the vegetables are ready, they should be placed in a separate bowl, and add the vinegar, honey, sugar, starch and soy sauce to the frying pan where the eggplants were stewed. Next, pour 100 ml of water and let the sauce boil. Add the vegetables to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Eggplant in Chinese can be served to a table with black bread.

Blue can be fried on the grill, on hot coals or in the oven with garlic and grated ginger, you get an amazing dish with a piquant taste. Interpret with the gravies. An unusual and bright combination is obtained with the addition of peanut and sesame oil.

Sweet aubergines in Chinese

Ingredients: two blue, grated ginger (10 gr.), Green onion, garlic (6 denticles), chili pepper to taste, bunch of dill.

For gravy: lemon juice (30 gr.), Soy sauce (50 gr.), Sugar (2 teaspoons), black pepper and salt.

Cooking sauce

Mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar and water, there also add spices. Sharp pepper chopped rings, finely chink green onions, garlic squeezed with garlic. Eggplants must be cut into thin strips and transferred to a heated frying pan. When the vegetables have a golden color, they need to be shifted onto a napkin and letting the oil drain.

Onions, garlic, grated ginger and hot peppers are fried in vegetable oil for 2 minutes, after which we add to the mass blue and fill with pre-cooked gravy. Stew under the lid for no more than five minutes. Finished dish sprinkled with herbs, served with rice.

The following recipe - potatoes with aubergines in Chinese - will surprise with its exotic taste even gourmets. Prepare five aubergines, four potatoes, Bulgarian pepper, a little starch, soy sauce, sesame seeds, a bunch of cilantro, garlic.

Cooking method

1. We cut small potatoes with small blocks. Eggplants are peeled and cut into large plates. If the vegetables are bitter, they must be soaked for 10 minutes in salted water.

2. Pulp of Bulgarian peppers cut into squares, and peeled garlic - circles. Finely chop the coriander.

3. Fry the potatoes until golden brown. Separately fry eggplant. Put the ready vegetables on the potatoes and pour in soy sauce.

4. We dilute starch in cold water and pour into a frying pan, mix everything well.

5. Stew until the sauce becomes thick and homogeneous. In the finished dish, add the Bulgarian pepper, garlic, sesame and coriander.
