The most convenient way of cooking is to use an oven. It can be baked in both large forms and in portioned pots. Pork with mushrooms in sour cream sauce with potatoes is very tasty. As a result, you will get a hearty dish, consisting simultaneously of meat and garnish. In addition, this recipe does not provide for many stages of preliminary preparation of products - roasting, blanching, etc., which saves considerable time.

Ingredients :

  • 600 g of pork;
  • 300 g of mushrooms;
  • 8-10 pcs. Potatoes of medium size;
  • 2 pcs. Bulbs;
  • 1 cup of sour cream;
  • 2-3 tbsp. L. Mayonnaise;
  • 1 glass of water;
  • Spices to taste;
  • greenery.

Preparation

  1. Meat can be as pulp, and contain small bones. The main thing is that it does not have veins and excess fat. It is advisable to use young pork. Cut it into pieces about two by three centimeters in size. Place on the bottom of pots, dividing into equal portions.
  2. The next layer should be a bow smashed with rings. Spice up a little with spices and salt.
  3. Mushrooms clean, wash, cut in half, and then on thin plates. Put on top of the onion.
  4. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Put it on the mushrooms.
  5. Combine together sour cream, mayonnaise and water. Salt and pepper. Pour the refueling in pots. If necessary, add water, so that the contents are almost covered with liquid.
  6. Extinguished pork with mushrooms in sour cream sauce in the oven for about 1 hour. Observe the temperature regime - 200 degrees. When serving, sprinkle with chopped greens.

Pork with mushrooms in sour cream sauce and tomatoes

Ingredients :

  • 0.5 kg of pork pulp;
  • 200 g of fresh champignons;
  • 3 fresh ripe tomatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme;
  • 1 small clove of garlic;
  • 3 tbsp. L. Sour cream;
  • 100 g of any hard cheese;
  • 3-4 tbsp. L. Oil;
  • salt;
  • A little ground pepper.

Preparation

  1. Cut the meat into thin long pieces and quickly lightly fry it in oil, stirring. Place the mixture in a saucepan.
  2. Mushrooms clean, wash and cut into plates.
  3. Onion, garlic and tomatoes chop the knife into small pieces. If desired, tomatoes can be pre-cleaned from the skin after blanching in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Put the mushrooms in a frying pan. After light browning season with vegetable weight and put out 10 minutes. Add the mixture to the meat.
  5. Season the dish with sour cream, spices and salt and, stirring, leave over medium heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. When serving, sprinkle a little grated cheese on top of meat and mushrooms.
