Vegetable stew with meat

Vegetable ragout with meat is a wonderful and healthy dish, light, nutritious and nourishing. Defrost first the string bean. Peel the eggplant and cut it along fairly thick chunks, put them in a colander, sprinkle with a large salt. For 30 minutes. Give a bitter bitter juice, then wash the eggplants, dry it a little and cut into cubes. Rinse the meat, cut it into cubes and fry in the saucepan in which the finely chopped onion was previously saved in oil. Give the meat a little soak onion aroma for 10 minutes, sometimes stirring with a wooden spoon. It is necessary for the meat to dry out a little. In the meantime, clean and thoroughly rinse all the other vegetables: cut tomatoes into squares, slices of sweet pepper, cubes of zucchini.

When the meat gets a little golden color, put in a pan of zucchini, eggplant, thawed and chopped beans, sweet pepper. Cook for five minutes, then sprinkle with chopped herbs, put tomatoes there, washed, peeled and crushed garlic, pepper, salt. In a thin trickle pour in the same hot broth and continue to cook on low heat for 45 minutes, pouring, if necessary, a decoction. After the end of cooking, some salt, transfer the stew to a serving warmed deep dish and serve to the table.

Take 100 grams of turkey stuffing (or chicken), a teaspoon of grain mustard, one potato, half a bulb, a quarter of bell pepper, a third of carrots, dill root and parsley to taste, a garlic clove, a little butter, 20 ml. Cream, a pinch of paprika, green onions.

First you need to prepare minced meat from the meat that you have chosen, pepper, salt. Put the sweet mustard, mix well.

Blind in small pieces of minced meat small balls, which should be a bit smaller than a walnut.

Cut the potatoes fairly large, chop the onions, carrots and bell peppers into thin strips. Fry all the vegetables together on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

Then you need to put all the vegetables in a pot, pour finely chopped roots of greens, chopped garlic, put a little butter there, pour meatballs, sprinkle with sweet ground paprika, pour the water so that the meatballs peek out.

Put pots with stew in the oven, which is heated to 220 degrees, for 40 minutes. Before serving, you must pour the ragout with cream and sprinkle with green onions.

Vegetable stews with meat are very healthy dishes, as meat is much better absorbed together with vegetables. Those who want to eat right, can use this simple recipe. You will need:

350 g of pork, one eggplant, one onion, 2 bell peppers, 2 tomatoes, 200 grams of root celery, vegetable oil, 300 grams of cabbage, a bunch of greens, salt, pepper.

Meat should be cut into medium pieces, pepper, salt.

Cut the onion into thin semicircles, celery and Bulgarian pepper - cutlets. Cabbage should be chopped. Eggplants and tomatoes cut fairly large.

Meat should be fried over a large fire for 1-2 minutes, add to it onion.

Then lay the layers of prepared vegetables: eggplant, celery, tomato, pepper. The last layer is laid out cabbage. To taste, sprinkle with pepper and salt, cover with a lid and then extinguish 40 minutes in its own juice.

Ready stew should be put on the dish, carefully turning the pan so that the meat was over the vegetables.
