Do you want to try something completely new? Then prepare chopped chicken cutlets from chicken fillet. Why are they so good? Firstly, the poultry meat is very quickly prepared. Secondly, you do not need a meat grinder, and, accordingly, the need to long and painfully wash it after use will disappear. Thirdly, chopped chicken cutlets from chicken fillets are usually prepared from the minimum available to each person of familiar products. And you still doubt?

Here is the first recipe that can be of use to you. Take one chicken fillet, one egg, one tablespoon of sour cream, and flour, to taste - spices, salt, pepper. The set of products, as you see, is simple, but the result of the labors will be incredible. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, only first rinse it under running water. Now take a bowl, whisk in it sour cream with egg, add flour there and mix everything. Next, put chicken in the same place, salt, pepper, pour in the spices and mix again. Cutlets should be formed with a tablespoon. It is necessary to heat the oil in a frying pan and spread it on it. Fry the cutlets from two sides - each for two minutes. From one fillet you will have about seven of them.

Chopped cutlets, the recipe of which will now be described, will be more fat than in the previous case. You need to prepare 320 grams of chicken fillet, four eggs, 60 grams of starch, 80 grams of lard, 20 grams of wheat flour, 20 grams of soy sauce, 50 grams of spring onions, salt. Pass the fillet through the meat grinder, preferably a couple of times. Then add egg white, as well as starch, which is diluted 1: 1 with water, salt and mix. Cutlet mass must be fried on the same principle as pancakes, that is, on a heated frying pan on both sides. The resulting products should be rolled in flour, then moistened in a pre-prepared mixture of starch (diluted with water in the same proportion as in the previous case) and beaten eggs, and sent to the deep fryer. Now put them back in a frying pan, pour in some chicken broth and keep on the fire until all the liquid evaporates. Before serving, such chopped chicken cutlets from chicken fillet should be cut into pieces, and then sprinkled with green onions. The recipe is a little tricky, but in the end it turns out delicious.

Try to cook chopped cutlets from turkey. They will turn out to be somewhat different from chicken. You will need 600 grams of turkey breast, three tablespoons of natural yogurt, as much starch, two eggs, green onions, 200 grams of sour cream, oil for frying, pepper, salt, capers, olives, salt mixed with rosemary, chili.

So, cut finely turkey meat, add yogurt, eggs, onions, starch to it, season it with spices, mix it. Your mince is ready. Now you can fry the cutlets in a frying pan on both sides, spreading them there with a tablespoon. Then they go to the baking dish. Put them in a preheated oven (up to 200 degrees) for 10 minutes. And at this time, prepare the sauce. You need to warm up sour cream in a frying pan, put olives in it, cut into rings, chili and capers, cook it all for a few minutes. Cutlets can be extracted from the oven and served on a table with sauce. It turns out delicious and satisfying.

Chopped chicken cutlets or turkeys are perfectly combined with different side dishes: spaghetti, mashed potatoes, boiled rice, buckwheat porridge. So, try it.
