Beat with a fork or corolla until smooth, until the lumps of flour disappear. Quickly dissolve half a teaspoon of soda in a glass with steep boiling water and pour the water into the dough. Stir and leave to infuse for five minutes. After that add 2-3 more soup spoons of lean oil. Everything, the dough is ready for us.

Before you bake pancakes with kefir, you need to very strongly heat a cast-iron frying pan. The hotter it will be, the more lacy will be the finished product. You can fry a dish on any fat, most importantly, to have a little. Use a bird feather dipped in a softened margarine or vegetable oil. There is no pen at hand? Take half a potato strung on a fork. Cut it into fat and sip them on the bottom of the pan.

Now let's talk about various modifications in the preparation of the test. Products for these options need the same. Tender pancakes on yogurt can also be done in this way: a sour milk product with a little beaten with salt and sugar eggs mix in a saucepan. Put it on a small fire and, stirring all the time, heat up to 60 ° C. Turn off the gas, gradually pour in the flour to make the dough thick (like a pancake). Now we dilute it with a glass of boiling water, in which baking soda is present. Let's stand a little under the lid and, in order to make the dough elastic, we pour in the vegetable oil. In this version of such a dish, as the custard pancakes on kefir, you need to give yourself a test. Time for this is at least half an hour, and preferably 45 minutes.

How to bake pancakes you, I think, know. Use for the lubrication of the peeled half of potatoes, bulbs or feathers, pour out the dough onto the frying pan (its amount directly depends on the diameter of the vessel). Put a plate in the warm place (on the edge of the plate or in the oven, heated to 80 ° C), where you will put the ready-made custard pancakes on kefir. At the top of each product, put a small piece of butter - this will prevent them from breaking, the pancakes will be tastier and nourishing.
