Pull out all the ingredients and, except carrots and parsley root, everything can be thrown away. Mushrooms boil in the water that was soaked, pull them and cut. In a vegetable broth, put a couple of sliced potatoes and half a cup of cereals. To make a delicious soup of lentils, the recipe provides for the following spices: a couple of laurel leaves, fragrant pepper, a little cumin and freshly ground black pepper.

Boil the liquid until the potatoes and cereals are ready. Now add chopped boiled carrots and parsley root, mushrooms with water, in which they were cooked, cut dill and a little feather bow. Again boil and add spice to taste. In a cup, mix three tablespoons of water and a spoonful of flour, add a couple of spoons of sour cream (thick) and a couple of spoons of cream. The resulting mixture pour into the soup and boil. You can serve immediately. By the way, after cooling the dish can thicken, in this case it is necessary to add a little water.
