Soup recipe for each meal

The recipe for soups has long been very popular. After all, soups are one of the main traditions of real Russian cuisine. Because in Russia, not a single meal was served without the first dish.

There were a large number of recipes for such dishes. To our time, unfortunately, not a single soup recipe has survived in its original form. But still these dishes have not lost their relevance and popularity. So, very tasty and useful it turns out mushroom soup with the addition of prunes.

For its preparation you will need mushrooms (100 grams), cabbage and prunes (200 grams), 1 small carrot, celery root, bulb, tomato and 1 tablespoon of sugar. First of all, boil the mushrooms.

Put in the pan grated carrots, chopped finely cabbage, onions and celery. Add very little water and simmer for seven minutes. Then put chopped tomato and sugar. Add mushroom broth and simmer for 15 minutes.

In the ready-made vegetables put a soft prune. Fill everything with the same mushroom broth, but already with mushrooms, and cook for another 20 minutes. As you can see, this soup recipe is quite simple to prepare.

If you are bored with ordinary borscht and soups, you want something original, more light, new and tasty, then it's worth trying something after all, not from Russian cuisine. For example, to please your loved ones, try completely new recipes for soups with cheese.

To do this, take 300 grams of potatoes, melted cheese and beef fillets. And also for one large carrot and onion, a handful of pasta, a small amount of vegetable oil, pepper, greens, bay leaf and salt.

So, in a frying pan, send the onion (finely chopped) and fry it for five minutes. Add the carrots and fry for another seven minutes. Wash the fillet of beef and cut into slices. Cook for about 30 minutes.

Throw the potatoes, diced, and cook for 15 minutes. Then add the pasta and onions with carrots (fried). Also send here the salt, sliced cream cheese, bay leaves and peppers. Cook until ready to cook. Grind the sprinkled green before serving.

It should be noted that whatever recipe soups you choose, this dish still turns out very tasty, fragrant, useful and nutritious.

But it is worth paying special attention to the full-fledged baby food, which is necessary component of which are soups. Mainly because they contain extractives that contribute to the release of a sufficient amount of gastric juice. And this, in turn, improves the absorption of nutrients.

Recipes for children's soups are the basis of all recipes for children, which, in addition to excellent taste, have extremely useful properties. To make soup for a child, take one carcass of quail, green peas, one carrot, two small onions and medium potatoes, some cauliflower and salt.

In a small saucepan cook for about 20 minutes a carcass quail. As soon as the water boils, dip one peeled bulb into the pan, which in 20 minutes, remove. Add potatoes (cubes sliced), green peas (either fresh or canned) and cauliflower.

In the meantime, fry the grated carrots with onions. Add a little water to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes. After all this mass add to the soup, pour the salt and cook for another ten minutes.

This soup can be prepared for children from six months. Only for them, carrots and onions should not be fried in vegetable oil. It should be added to the soup in soup with cauliflower, potatoes and green peas. This first dish is very useful thanks to quail meat, which contains a huge amount of proteins.
