Law, State and Law
Who will protect the driver's rights?
Surely, anyone who drives a car or a motorcycle on their own has faced violations of their own legitimate rights and interests that are guaranteed by the Civil Code and traffic rules. Have you tried to defend your case by facing a violation?
Let's try to understand. It is important to know well the entire regulatory framework that regulates traffic rules. Unfortunately, even a small list of rules is not fully understood by all, or they are forgotten after passing the exam for obtaining a driving license. We recommend that you read the rules again. They describe, first of all, duties, but, based on this, it is possible to identify certain rights of the driver. For example, at an equivalent intersection, the advantage is the car that rides to your right. You have the advantage if another car approaches you from the left.
The rights of the driver are also contained in the Civil Code. For example, if a driver leaves a car or a motorcycle in a paid parking lot, a vehicle storage contract is concluded between him and the parking administration. If the "steel horse" is damaged or lost, it is the owner of the parking lot who is responsible.
Another important document that regulates the duties and rights of the driver is the Code of Administrative Offenses (Chapters 11 and 12, as well as some articles from other parts of the document). To ensure that your rights are not violated, try to comply with the requirements that are specified in it. In addition, from the code you will learn about the amount of fine that you can write out if you neglect the observance of the rules of the road.
You should also know that you should not leave the car when you stop working as a DPS officer. The inspector has the right to ask you to leave the salon only if he doubts that you are sober, suspects that your car is defective, and you personally threaten other road users. In addition, he can ask you to go out to reconcile the engine and car body numbers .
Your main defender is only the Law. If your rights are violated, go to court.
