Wobenzym. Instructions

Wobenzym refers to immunomodulators, is part of a group of enzymes and anti- enzymes, as well as non-narcotic analgesics. The drug is produced in the form of biconvex tablets, having a smooth surface, red-orange color. The drug has a characteristic odor.

Wobenzym. Composition

The preparation contains a complex of natural enzymes of animal and vegetable origin. One tablet of the drug consists of 250 mg of proteolytic enzymes from papaya, pineapple, and pancreas of animals. Auxiliary components: sucrose, corn starch, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicone (dioxin), purified water, lactose, talc.

The drug in combination with other medicines is used in the treatment of chronic and acute infections in the female genitalia, gestosis, adnexitis, mastopathy. The medication is able to reduce the intensity and incidence of adverse events with hormone replacement therapy.

Wobenzym allows for admission to urology in prostatitis, cystopyelitis, cystitis, as well as sexually transmitted (sexually transmitted) diseases.

The medication is also used in pulmonology in acute or chronic pathologies in the upper and lower divisions of the respiratory tract (pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis).

Vobenzym is shown in cardiological diseases: subacute stage of myocardial infarction, angina pectoris.

The drug is prescribed for ophthalmic diseases: iridocyclitis, uveitis, diabetic retinopathy, hemophthalmia, is also used in ophthalmic surgery.

The medication is indicated for angiologic pathologies: thrombophlebitis, therapy of postthrombophlebitic disease, endarteritis, acute thrombophlebitis of superficial veins, obliterating atherosclerosis of the arteries in the lower extremities, lymphatic edema, and also for the prevention of repeated phlebitis.

Wobenzim instruction allows to use in surgery for the treatment and prevention of adhesions, postoperative complications (edema, thrombosis, inflammation), complications after reconstructive and plastic surgeries.

The medicine is used in traumatology with fractures, traumas, ligament apparatus damages, distortions; In rheumatology with Bechterew's disease, reactive and rheumatoid arthritis; In nephrology - with glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis; In gastroenterology - with hepatitis, pancreatitis; In dermatology - with acne, atopic dermatitis; In neurology - with multiple sclerosis.

Wobenzym is prescribed in pediatrics for diseases of the respiratory tract of an infectious and inflammatory nature, rheumatoid arthritis (juvenile), in the treatment and prevention of postoperative complications (local edema, formation of adhesions, poor healing and suppuration).

The drug is indicated as a prevention of the occurrence of viral complications and infections, microcirculation disorders, side effects of hormonal contraception. It is recommended to use medicines and patients who are given radiation and chemotherapy.

Wobenzym. Instructions for use

The drug is taken orally, it does not need to be chewed, should be swallowed and washed down with water in sufficient quantities.

Depending on the intensity and nature of the course of the pathology, adults are recommended from three to ten tablets three times a day

Children from five to twelve years of age are prescribed a tablet per kilogram of body weight per day. From the age of twelve, an adult drug regimen is used.

The duration of therapy is determined by a specialist.

Wobenzym. Instruction: contraindications

No prescription for children under five years of age, as well as thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, hemodialysis, hypersensitivity.

Lactation and pregnancy are not contraindications. In many cases, the drug was highly effective during these periods. However, the use of any medication, including vobenzima, is determined by the doctor.
