Banana pancakes with a delicate vanilla cream

Do not be monotonous - give pleasure to yourself and your family from tea drinking with pancakes at the round table, especially since the process of preparation does not take much time, but only dilutes routine days by creating an exotic dish, with the usual name - banana pancakes!

In general, you do not need a lot of ingredients, so the costs for them will be minimal, and the good mistress always thinks about it. For the test, take three eggs, half a liter of kefir (you can use diluted curdled milk). Dilute 0.3 liters of curdled milk with 0.2 liters of water, and then it will be able to successfully replace any kefir. In addition, you need 2 bananas, half a cup of sugar, half a teaspoon of soda, a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably without a smell). For the test, do not use milk, it will only spoil the pancakes from bananas, and you will waste your time and energy.

For cream, take two eggs, a glass of sugar, a vanilla pod (you can replace it with a bag of vanillin per 1 g), one tablespoon of flour and half a liter of milk.

Let's start with the preparation of the cream! If you use a vanilla pod instead of vanillin, you should cut it along into two pieces, crush with a knife and add to the milk. Bring milk to a boil, and cool for 15-20 minutes. At this time, whisk eggs with sugar, gradually adding flour to them. Thoroughly mix everything so that no lumps are formed. After everything is mixed up, you can put the eggs on a small fire, slowly, in a thin elegant trickle, pouring in the cooled milk. We bring the resulting mixture to a boil, but do not let it boil. After, the gentle cream is cooled. If you want, you can beat it up again.

If you use vanilla sugar instead of vanilla pod , then the way of making the cream will differ slightly from the previous one. Mix eggs together with sugar, vanillin and flour. It is very important to mix everything well. Only after this, you can add cold (!) Milk. We put the entire mixture on a small fire, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Again, do not give the cream to boil. Next, we cool and wait until the banana pancakes are ready, the process of cooking is slightly different from the usual.

We start with the fact that we beat bananas in a blender, adding eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt, half of kefir (or curdled milk). After that you need to add flour to make the dough look like a very thick sour cream. This dough is bred with the remaining yogurt until the desired consistency. Do not worry about the appearance of lumps, their absence is guaranteed. Next, add soda, mix thoroughly, cover with a lid and cool in the refrigerator for about an hour.

After an hour, we take out the dough, adding vegetable oil to it, so that it does not stick to the frying pan. For the first pancake it is necessary to grease a frying pan, further it is not required.

In general, banana pancakes are ready and they can already be served to the guest table. Having packed them with a neat slide on the plate, and adding a bowl next to the scented vanilla sauce, you will amaze your family by making you laugh with pleasure.
