The most delicious meat is sausage. So says the people's "wisdom". It's stupid, of course, but if seriously, the most common meat on our table is a chicken. It is the dishes from it that are considered dietary, recommended for first feeding to children. Is it worth recalling how beneficial is the impact on the weakened body of chicken broth? Dishes from a chicken in a multivarquet, in an oven or in a frying pan are simply delicious, and the main advantage is that cooking time takes half as much as for other types of meat. Recipes are quite simple, while the taste of the prepared dish is gentle and pleasant.

Let's start with the simplest dish of chicken in the multivark - chicken broth. All that is required of you is to prepare the meat the way you like. For example, chop the chicken into pieces, or you can leave it whole, if the size of the pan allows. Then add the spices to taste (parsley root and parsnip, pepper and sweet-scented), greens (a sprig of dill, parsley and green onions) and roots (carrots and onions entirely). Fill with water, turn on the "Quenching" program for a couple of hours and calmly go about your business. Some do this at night, and in the morning a well-brewed broth is filtered, the meat is separated from the bones. You can eat directly, you can add a handful of fresh greens, boiled noodles (not to be confused with pasta, although they can be). Enjoy!

Preparing meals in a multivark is so simple an occupation that you can safely be trusted by children. Especially when it comes to making porridge. Many manufacturers have equipped their instruments with special programs, but the "Quenching" mode is ideal for cooking cereals. For example, chickpeas should be cooked with constant boiling, then it will turn out to be gentle, and if you add chicken thighs and spices to it, for example, dry adzhika, then a full-fledged diet meal will be ready in a couple of hours.

The second dishes in the multivarquet are easy to prepare in principle. The "Pilaf" mode will save you a lot of time. By the way, many advise to replace in this case the usual varieties of rice steamed. This option is ideal when there is no excess time at all (all products are simply stacked in layers).

If you have at your disposal for half an hour, the dishes from the chicken in the multivark will acquire a truly excellent taste. During this time, you just fry the meat slightly. To do this, you need to turn on the "Baking" or "Frying" mode, pour the vegetable oil on the bottom and allow it to warm up for no more than five minutes. Then lay the meat and let it fry for about twenty minutes. Then put the chicken on whatever you like. For example, fill it with sour cream or mayonnaise. You can put potatoes on top, fresh or frozen vegetables. In this case, add a little water. Spices and salt - to taste. Switch to the "Quenching" mode for an hour, eventually get the most delicate dish.
