Pork in a boyar style

You bought pork and wondered how to cook it, so that your family just gasped. Try to implement a great recipe - "Pork Boyard". What associations do you call this name? Of course, you imagined something luxurious, meat, which you really want to taste. Prepare this dish is not difficult. It is based on the principle of a chop, but to get a real pork boyar, you just need a little more time and a certain set of products.

Sequence of operations for cooking:

• Wash meat (about 1 kg), dry with a towel, cut into pieces by pieces of fiber;

• salt, pepper and spices apply to the meat and evenly rub it;

• meat needs marinating, so fold pieces of pork one on top of the pile and put in a glass container to marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. A pile of meat is better soaked. If you do not mind mustard, then, by coating it with meat, you will get a better result - the pork will become extraordinarily soft;

• After marinating, beat off each piece of meat, roll it in flour and fry it on the burning vegetable oil on each side until golden crust is formed;

• mushrooms (300 g) boil in salted water, cool and cut into thin plates;

• tomato (1 piece) and cut the onion into small cubes;

• Connect mushrooms, onions and tomatoes, add mayonnaise;

• spread the pieces of pork on the baking sheet, place the prepared mixture on top;

• Sprinkle each piece separately with grated cheese;

• in the oven, the pork must be baked in boiling for about 10 minutes. When the cheese melts well, you can take out the dish and serve hot to the table.

Pork in Boyar style has one remarkable advantage: you can make pre-chops and a mixture of mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. All components can be kept in the refrigerator and, for example, when you come home from work, in 10 minutes to prepare a great dinner for your family. As in an expensive restaurant!

Pork in Mexican style

Another variation on the topic of pork. But in this dish, meat is cut into smaller pieces and is prepared not in batches, but as one big dish. Mexican cuisine is distinguished by the sharpness of its dishes and the brightness of colors. In addition, meat in Mexican does not require cooking garnish, as an independent dish. The result does not depend on the accuracy of the proportions of the ingredients - the taste will in any case be excellent.

• Pork cut into medium pieces, add salt and combine with spices for meat;

• Cut the onion into cubes and mix with meat. Put in the fridge;

• Bulgarian pepper of different colors cut into strips;

• cut the tomatoes into cubes;

• on high heat in a hot vegetable oil, fry the meat with onion until it turns pinkish gray;

• After that, put the vegetables: tomatoes, sweet peppers, Mexican mixture in the form of canned peas, corn and Bulgarian pepper. Mix everything and cook under the lid for about 30-40 minutes;

• add finely chopped garlic, powdered hot red pepper and greens.

Pork in the style of Stroganov

For this dish, the meat of pork should be cut into long narrow blocks.

• meat cut into strips (0.5 kg), sprinkle with pepper and leave for a while;

• one onion finely chopped and fried in butter;

• mushrooms (250 g) cut into 4 pieces and fry along with onions for about 3-4 minutes;

• In a separate frying pan with a strong fire, fry pork slices in butter. Then reduce the heat and cook the meat for about 15 minutes;

• Add 200 g of canned corn, onion and mushrooms to the roast meat. We hold on to small fire a little more time;

• pour into the frying pan sour cream (150 g). Solim and pepper to taste. We fill with cinnamon and nutmeg (a quarter teaspoon);

• lay out the ready-made elegant pork in a Stegangan style on a dish and sprinkle with paprika.
