Sift 100 grams of premium flour, add to it four grams of baking powder, a teaspoon of vanilla, 120 g of sugar and 30 g of dry milk. Mix it all. Add the butter (80 g), mash the same. Again Stir until smooth. Add one egg and 0.1 L of fat cream. Using a mixer, mix it all at slow speed, but do not whisk. Your dough should turn out soft and gentle. Distribute it in twelve forms. Note that if you put it in the baking container a little more than you need, then there is a danger that the dough will simply flow out in the oven, pouring a baking sheet. Therefore, the molds need only be filled in half. Another point - the oven is better to preheat in advance (up to 180 ° C). Bakkaki is baked for fifteen to twenty minutes. To check the readiness, you can puncture one of them with a toothpick. If it remains dry, your dish is ready. It remains only to remove and cover top with cream, chocolate or glaze. To prepare the latter, you can mix three to four teaspoons of lemon juice with 100 grams of sugar powder. Then top with this mixture and leave your capcasks for a while for the glaze to dry. Received products are tasted. They can be used as wedding cakes. They are crumbly, tender and just melt in the mouth.
