How to cook dough for pizza fast?

Today pizza has become almost the most popular dish in the world. In Russia, this Italian dish came in the 90s of last century. Unlike Europeans and Americans, our fellow citizens prefer to do it on their own home recipes themselves.

Traditional pizza is prepared on a yeast test, but thanks to the adherents of a healthy diet, a very popular non-yeast dough for pizza. Fast, tasty, and even with minimal cost to cook dinner - this is the dream of every mistress.

The preparation of the dough can take 10-15 minutes, at the same time it will turn out to be fragrant and elastic, from the classical it can hardly be distinguished.

How to quickly make a dough for pizza without yeast?

1. Dough on sour cream

It will take:

  • 2 eggs of chicken;
  • 10 grams of sugar;
  • 1 faceted glass of sour cream;
  • 1 teaspoon of table salt;
  • Half a kilo of wheat flour;
  • A quarter teaspoon of baking soda;
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

Whisk the eggs with salt and sugar. Separately mix sour cream with soda. Next, combine sour cream and eggs together and mix everything well. Add the sifted flour and butter to the mixture. Knead the dough and let it lie down for half an hour, then give the test the look of a flat cake.

2. We make dough for pizza quickly in butter with cognac. It will take:

  • 1 packet of butter;
  • Half a kilo of wheat flour;
  • 10 grams of sugar;
  • ½ teaspoon of table salt;
  • 2 tablespoons brandy.

Sift flour with a slide and make a groove in the middle. In the formed funnel, put softened butter, sugar, salt and cognac. Knead well the dough, roll into a bowl shape and leave for half an hour. After that, roll out the cake of the correct size.

In this recipe, cognac can be replaced with vodka, and butter with margarine.

3. Pizza dough fast on milk. It will take:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 cups of wheat flour;
  • ½ cup of milk;
  • 2 tablespoons oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of table salt;
  • 2 eggs;

Using a mixer, mix the vegetable (olive, sunflower, mustard) oil with milk and eggs until smooth. Stir the flour and salt and add there. Then the dough should be kneaded and left to lie for 20-30 minutes. Now you can roll out a cake for baking.

4. Pizza dough fast on kefir

It will take:

  • 150 ml of kefir;
  • 10 g of softened butter;
  • Half a kilo of wheat flour;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda drinking.

Mix kefir with softened butter, baking soda and salt. Then add the sifted flour to this mixture, knead well and form a ball. After 15 minutes you can roll a cake. Instead of kefir you can use unsweetened yogurt.

Roll out a round shape cake and the right size, put it on a baking tray, which must first be greased with vegetable oil. Top the filling and bake until done.

Tips for cooking pizza:

  • In order to make the base crisp, the dough should be rolled as thin as possible.
  • Before you put pizza in the oven, the latter should be well warmed up.
  • The filling should be evenly distributed over the surface.
  • To obtain the optimum taste, do not use more than 6 components for the filling.
  • To feel all the charm of taste, it must be served hot to the table.

There are many recipes for pizza, although by and large there is no definite. The main thing is the dough. Prepare a quick dough for pizza without yeast easily and for a short period of time. Standard pizza is 30 cm in diameter and 5 cm in thickness. The weight of the dough should not exceed 150 g, and the whole pizza - 350 g.
