Ready-made jam has an even consistency and amber color. To give a delicate taste note ten minutes before the end of cooking, add a little ground cinnamon and mix well. Prepack the finished product according to previously prepared sterilized jars, roll them up with metal covers and put them under the blanket.

How to cook apple jam with oranges

Special taste of such a product as jam, give oranges, peaches, apricots or pears. We take additional fruits in the same amount as the main product. We need to prepare one kilogram of ripe apples, one kilogram of oranges, one and a half kilos of granulated sugar and two glasses of water.

First of all, we clean apples from the stems and damaged areas. Grind them on a grater, pour water and set to cook. At this time, peel off the oranges. We gently rub zest. We carefully remove the lobules from the white peel and veins, leaving only the middle.
