  11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake in it for half an hour.

  1. Whip four proteins with 200 grams of sugar.
  2. Add to them nuts and crumbs from wafers.

  4. Take it to the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then once again, lubricate the top and sides, remove for the same time.

Glaze:

  1. Mix 100 grams of melted butter with 100 grams of milk and sugar.
  2. The resulting mass, bring to a boil.
  3. Sift 100 grams of cocoa, add to the mass and cook for another three minutes. Constantly stirring.
  4. Pour the cake frosting and clean for an hour in the fridge.

Now you will finally form the "Swan Lake" - you need to decorate the cake, you need:

  1. 75 grams of sugar, citric acid and egg whip.
  2. Fill this confectionery bag.
  3. Form 5 necks and 10 wings.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar.
  5. An hour at a temperature of 100 degrees to dry in the oven. Then leave there for an hour.
  6. Whip the cream and 100 grams of sugar.
  7. On the cake picture 5 slides, which are similar to the torso of swans, attach to them a neck and wings.
