The second course of beans harmoniously complements the lunch menu. Of these, you can prepare bits with the addition of spinach. It is necessary to pre-soak 70 g of beans, boil it, drain the liquid and grind it with a meat grinder. Chop 30 grams of spinach, combine with beans, add to them 10 grams of sugar, half egg, 10 grams of potato flour. To make a mass on little bits and, having packed them in flour, fry in lean oil.

Postal dishes from beans can also be prepared in the form of salads.

For example, a salad. You need to boil three potatoes and bake one small beet, then clean them and cut into small cubes. Boil 2 tablespoons of white beans, combine it with beets and potatoes, add one half-ring salad pepper, add salt, pour with dressing from lean oil and vinegar, gently mix. Sprinkle the salad greens.

Beans pour for six hours with water, then in the same water boil it to the full. In salty boiling water put the potatoes, sliced, give a boil and add the bay leaf, the beans with the water in which it was boiled, pepper and continue to cook until the potatoes are ready. Season with fried on lean butter onion, sprinkle with herbs. Two liters of water will require four potatoes, a glass of beans, pepper, half a bulb, greens, salt, lean oil.

In order to be able to prepare lean dishes from beans in the spring, it can be marinated in the following way. Wash the bean pods, cut the tips from two sides, five minutes to try them in boiling water and immediately dip into the cold. Fluidize the liquid. The pods, if desired, cut into strips or left whole, mixed with chopped onion and put into jars. For each liter jar, add five peas of sweet and black pepper, a small piece of horseradish root, one bay leaf and a couple of spoons of lean oil. In a can of half-liter spices, respectively, add a little less. Pour the beans with the marinade, removed from the fire, and warm in the water for 20 minutes, a liter of can and 10 minutes - half-liter.

Dishes from white beans are known in pre-Christian Slavic cuisine. For example, a grandmother from a string bean. You can bake it when the fast is over. Boil two glasses of beans, rub well, add to it finely chopped and lightly fried onions, salt, 2.5 tablespoons of flour, pepper and four raw eggs. All mixed up and wiped again. Prepared mass to be transferred to a mold, which must be pre-lubricated with any fat, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put baked for about 50 minutes. Before serving, the headband should be cut into portions.
