A simple recipe for making strawberry jam :

  • 1 kg of strawberries (the capacity of the steamer 4 l, if less, you need to monitor the ratio of volumes 1: 4);
  • 1 kg of granulated sugar (if the strawberry is very sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar);
  • 40 ml of water.

We put the purified and washed fruits in the capacity of the multivark, fill it with sugar, add water, so that there is no burning. If the strawberry is juicy enough, you can not add water. Close the lid, close the steam valve and leave it in "Quenching" mode for one hour. Do not forget to remove the foam - favorite delicacy kids.

After waiting 60 minutes, turn off the appliance. Delicious jam from strawberries in the multivark prepared!

If it seems that the jam is liquid enough, then two minutes before the end of cooking, you can throw a bag of thickener (gelatin), stop and turn it off.
