The process of preparing such a winter billet is not labor-consuming, so any mistress can implement it. To do this, you need to prepare a small set of products, as well as give some free time.

So what ingredients will we need to implement the classic cucumber recipe in Polish for the winter? For this it is required to prepare (for 3 liters):

  • 9% table vinegar (take natural) - ½ cup;
  • Fresh small cucumbers - 4 kg;
  • Vegetable oil (use only refined) - 2/3 cup;
  • Table salt - 2 large spoons;
  • Crushed garlic fresh - 2 large spoons.

How to make cucumbers in Polish for the winter cut? To do this, prepare freshly harvested vegetables. They are thoroughly washed and kept in very cold water (ice) for 4 hours. After that, cucumbers remove the navels and cut them with longitudinal strips (you can simply divide into 4 longitudinal parts).

  • Fresh small cucumbers - 2 kg;
  • Table vinegar natural (9%) - ½ cup;

  • Bulgarian green pepper - 1 kg;
  • Onion white onions - 1 kg;
  • Cooked medium-sized salt - 2 large spoons;
  • Fresh garlic - several denticles.

The main vegetable is kept in water (cold) for about three hours, and then washed, cut off the tips (navels) and shredded with circles 0.9 cm thick. Also, separately treat the sweet pepper and white onion. They are cleaned (remove the seeds with stems) and cut into rings with a thickness of 0.7 cm.

Preparing the marinade

Once the vegetables have been processed, they begin to prepare the marinade. To do this in drinking water, dissolve the salt, and then add the vegetable refined oil and bring to a boil.

After the brine is ready, it is removed from the fire and immediately poured into the table vinegar.

How to properly form a salad and sterilize it on a stove?

For the formation of pickled salad, sterilized cans of 0.75 liters are used. On their bottom lay cleared cloves of garlic, and then layers are placed circles of cucumbers, onion rings and Bulgarian pepper. Such layers can be 6, 9, 12, etc.

After filling all the cans, the vegetables are immediately poured with boiling oily marinade and vinegar. Covering the containers with covers, they are sent to a pan with water and brought to a boil. Sterilize in this way the salad is desirable for ¼ hours (can be a little longer).

After the time, the vegetables are carefully taken out of the hot water and rolled up. Turning the cans upside down, they are left in this position for a day or two. After a while, the workpiece is removed to a cool place without access to sunlight.
