Pasta with shrimps. How to cook it?

Pasta with shrimps is a delicious dish that many people like. You can make a small experiment and include in the recipe fresh spinach, tomatoes and vodka-based sauce. It is best to serve this dish in Italian style - with fried bread and garlic or with vegetable salad and red sauce.

First, make sure you have all the ingredients you need:

- 1 pack of favorite pasta;

- 1 teaspoon (tea) of salt;

- 15 peeled large shrimps;

- 1 packet of fresh leafy green spinach;

- 2 cloves of fresh garlic (crushed);

- 1/2 cup dried tomatoes, cut into strips;

- 1 glass of any white wine;

- 2 glasses of vodka;

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;

- 4 tablespoons grated cheese.

So, paste with shrimp, cooking :

Bring the water to a boil and put a packet of pasta in it, add a teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of salt. Prepare the paste, as required by the instructions on the package. Be sure to make sure that it is completely ready.

While macaroni are boiled, chop garlic and dried tomatoes. Fry them with two tablespoons of olive oil for 1-2 minutes, allowing the fragrance to fill your home.

As soon as garlic and tomatoes are fried, add a glass of white wine along with 15 shrimps. Fry them for five minutes and bring the wine to a boil, then reduce the heat. Once the shrimp is almost completely cooked, add the whole package of chopped spinach. After the greens are reduced in volume, add 2 glasses of vodka, stir and continue to simmer on low heat.

Preparation of pasta with shrimps - final steps

Drain all the water from the pasta and discard them in a sauce, stir well. Spread the cooked dish on plates and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Everything, paste with shrimp is ready, enjoy!

There is another way to prepare the dish described. Its difference is that the filling can be any meat at your discretion - like shrimp, and chicken or even pork. In the recipe below, as an example, paste from shrimps with unusual ingredients is given.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

- A small piece of oil (optional).

- Butter for cooking.

- 1 medium leek (chopped).

- 400 grams of canned pears, cut into small pieces.

- 80-100 grams of pasta.

- ½ teaspoon dried thyme (to taste).

- Pepper and salt to taste.

- 50 g (¾ cup) of fresh grated cheese.

- A handful of peeled shrimp.

Put the stewpan on the stove for a small fire. Pour a little vegetable oil in it or melt a piece of creamy (if using it) before you put leeks, pears and shrimps. Season with pepper and salt, add thyme, and then fry for a while.

Put the pasta in a pot of boiling water. A few minutes before they are prepared completely, quickly remove them from the fire and drain the water.

Put the pasta in a saucepan, which is cooked with leeks, pears and shrimps. Pour a small amount of water, and then sprinkle with grated Parmesan. As soon as the cheese melts, thoroughly mix all the ingredients. This recipe can be changed at your discretion - can be prepared with pasta with shrimps in a multivark or in any other way.
