Classic salad recipe with mushrooms and crab sticks

Preparation of salad is a field for experiments, a way of embodying any culinary fantasies. Sometimes, it would seem, incompatible products, having met in a salad, acquire an original taste. Many may think that mushrooms do not combine with fish products, but this is a mistake. From mushrooms and fish sticks or mussels, squid produces a magnificent salad. The recipe for salad with mushrooms and crab sticks suggests the use of practical mushrooms: champignons, chanterelles, frites. You can add noble boletus, white, birch bark. For a salad, use fresh, pickled or salted mushrooms. Remember, before using salted mushrooms it is necessary to hold in cold water. Let them give you extra salt. Use your favorite mushrooms in the recipe. In any case, it will be a very satisfying dish, such salads are well placed on the table during the winter holidays.

Recipe for salad with mushrooms and crab sticks

Prepare the products:

  • Pickled or salted mushrooms - 150-200 g;
  • Egg - 4 pieces, boiled;
  • Onion - 1 piece;
  • Crab meat or chopsticks - 200 g;
  • Hard cheese - 100 g;
  • A can of canned corn;
  • salt and pepper;
  • Some greens;
  • Mayonnaise or sour cream.

You need to grind the onions, put them in a bowl, add a little salt and vinegar. Crab sticks cut into cubes, eggs and cheese are also finely chopped or grated, one egg is put aside for decoration. In mushrooms merge marinade and rinse them, if using salted mushrooms, then soak them for 10 minutes in cold water, then they need to be finely chopped. All the prepared ingredients are mixed, add salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise, sprinkle with herbs and decorate on top with a grated egg.

The salad recipe with mushrooms and crab sticks will be more original if all the ingredients are laid in layers in the following order: salad grease with mayonnaise or sour cream, lay corn on the bottom, then mushrooms, onions, cheese, then eggs and crab sticks. Each layer is greased with mayonnaise, do not forget to salt and pepper, on top of the salad we decorate with greens and grated egg.

This salad recipe with mushrooms and crab sticks does not provide strict adherence to all items. You can add and remove products, make your own changes. Instead of pickled or salted mushrooms you can use fresh. In this case, they are fried with onions and allowed to cool. When using fried mushrooms, do not add carrots to the salad, as it interrupts their taste. With fried mushrooms, rice combines very well. In this form, the salad can claim a full-fledged second course.

Recipe for salad with mushrooms and crab sticks and rice

For cooking we need:

  • Fresh mushrooms - 500 g;
  • Crab sticks - 200 g;
  • Long grain rice, steamed better - 1 glass;
  • Onion - 2 pieces;
  • Clove of garlic;
  • Lemon - 1 piece;
  • Salt, pepper to taste;
  • greenery;
  • mayonnaise;
  • Soy sauce (optional).

Mushrooms with onions cut, fry in vegetable oil, boil rice and rinse in cold water. Mushrooms with onions and rice mix, add crab sticks, garlic, juice of whole lemon, season salad with mayonnaise, mix everything and decorate with greens. If you like soy sauce, safely add it to the salad.

Experiment, do not be afraid to combine mushrooms with seafood, add mussels, squid, crab sticks to your salad. Rejoice yourself and your guests.
