Fabulously delicious salad of beef tongue

A wonderful dietary product is a language. Delicious, nutritious, tender! And what dishes from it turn out! Take, for example, a salad of beef tongue.

First you need to prepare all the necessary ingredients for this dish: boiled tongue, pickled mushrooms, salted cucumbers, onion. All these ingredients for the salad are finely chopped, seasoned with either vegetable (preferably olive) oil, or mayonnaise (can be lightened, lean). It is good to add a green onion to the salad from the tongue. At some housewives in structure of such dish the boiled potato by all means enters. And if you give a salad on the beautiful leaves of a green salad, there will be no end to the delight of the guests. Our delicious, nutritious and dietary salad from beef tongue will become one of the masterpieces of the festive table.

Among the most common dishes from by-products in Russian cuisine is the jellied tongue. But in fact there is a great variety of recipes, where one of the main ingredients is the language. But a salad of beef tongue, which even a young culinary expert will be able to do. Chilled and peeled boiled potatoes and tongue are cut into cubes. Carrots boil, cool, clean, but cut straws. Cook hard-boiled eggs cut into mugs, and fresh cucumber - cubes. Mix all the listed ingredients, add to them finely chopped parsley sprigs, pepper, season with spices, salt. But the next recipe will have to work. This is an exquisite salad of beef tongue for true connoisseurs of cooking. To make it, you need to take the following products: beef tongue (300 g), fresh mushrooms (150 g small size), chicken fillet (200 g), celery (100 g), mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice.

While the tongue and fillet are boiled, mushrooms are quenched (their caps should be small). Separately boil the celery in salted water. Boiled meat products cut strips, celery - arbitrary. We connect everything and put it in a salad bowl. On top, we pour our own cooked dressing or mayonnaise, and then mix thoroughly. It remains only to sprinkle with lemon juice.

The next beef salad is caloric, but it's so delicious that you just lick your fingers. No wonder he was invented in Poland, where they understand the sense of food. Prepare for him the language of beef (300 g), asparagus (600 g), cream and mayonnaise (10 tablespoons of each ingredient), canned peas (350 g), salt, dill. Boiled beef tongue is cut into cubes. Stewed asparagus is cut into pieces. Asparagus, peas and tongue are combined in one container and mixed. Now you need to prepare a dressing for a salad. For this, mayonnaise with dill and cream is mixed until homogeneous. This sauce is filled with a salad. Do not forget to lightly salted this salad.

The original taste is a dish from the tongue with sauce. A well-washed beef tongue is scalded with boiling water and put into a pot of water, add bay leaf, pepper, cloves, onions. When the tongue is welded, place it under cold water - so it will be easier to peel, clean and cut with thin plates. Now the line reached the sauce. Toast fried in oil we divorce half a glass of broth, left from cooking tongue. Add ground almonds, 0.5 glasses of white dry wine, juice of half a lemon and its zest. In the frying pan prepare the burnt sugar, which is then added to the sauce. The resulting refueling must be cooked on the fire for 5 minutes. Our sauce should turn out sour-sweet-spicy. Lay the tongue plates on a dish and pour a spicy sauce. A perfectly prepared language for any of the above recipes will be the highlight that so often does not suffice our festive table.
