Salad with fried champignons can consist of the same ingredients as above, but with the addition of hard cheese, walnuts, lettuce and greens. Usually such an option is done by layers: the first is chicken fillet, the second is walnuts, the third is boiled eggs cut, the fourth is fried mushrooms with onions. All the layers are filled with mayonnaise. Salad of champignons fried laid out on lettuce leaves - so much prettier and tastier. Chicken breast, a couple fresh cucumbers, fresh mushrooms, Peking cabbage, 100 grams of pine nuts, a little grated cheese (it's better to take parmesan or Swiss cheese), one sweet-sour apple is another recipe for salad with champignons fried. For refueling here you will need mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yogurt and cream (you can sour cream). Cucumbers, breast, and apple are sliced arbitrarily, who like to like - pieces, cubes, rings or semirings. Champignons are fried with pine nuts and onions, Peking cabbage is cut with straw. Mix everything and make a dressing - mix it with equal parts of mayonnaise, yogurt and cream. Add a little mustard.
