For those who are tired of the traditional "Olivier" and "Herring under the fur coat" salad, the clearing will be an excellent solution. Delicious, nutritious, inexpensive and not requiring much time for salad preparation, will take a worthy place on any festive table.

Salad Polanta: ingredients and method of preparation

So, in order to prepare this original and elegant salad, we will need five medium-sized potatoes, two onions, 300 grams of boiled beef, pork or chicken, 300 grams of fresh mushrooms, 150 grams of cheese, a mayonnaise package, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and Greens to taste.

The salad is prepared very simply, moreover, the cooking process is so fascinating that it will give real pleasure even to inexperienced hostesses.

The technology of salad preparation is similar to the technology of herring preparation under a fur coat. All products are laid in layers on a wide dish. The main difference is that the lettuce is a mushroom with greens, as the final element.

A layer of salad looks like this: the first layer is boiled potatoes, grilled on a large grater, the second layer is fried mushrooms with onions, the third layer - finely chopped boiled meat, soaked with mayonnaise, the fourth layer - grated cheese and mayonnaise again. Above, the forest glade salad is sprinkled with chopped herbs and decorated with canned mushrooms. But this is just one of the options for making salad. Below is another recipe, no less original.

Lettuce salad with mushrooms: cooking

So, one more variant of preparation of a salad of a wood glade is a dish with use of mushrooms. It is prepared for about an hour, it is calculated approximately on eight portions.

For a festive salad we need marinated honey mushrooms (enough will be 250 grams), raw carrots (no more than 2-3 pieces), one fresh cucumber, half a kilogram of boiled chicken meat (if desired, you can substitute for low-fat pork or veal), two boiled eggs, one -two boiled potatoes, some greens to taste, mayonnaise and green onions also to taste.

As for cooking, then again, everything here is simple. To begin with, carrots (note, not boiled, but raw) will need to be washed, peeled and rubbed on a large grater. After that, wash and dry with paper napkins green onions, which will need to be finely chopped.

Boiled potatoes will naturally need to be pre-cleaned, then grate on a large grater, boiled eggs and fresh cucumber with boiled meat cut into the same orderly cubes. When all the ingredients are prepared, you can proceed to the next stage of preparation of the meadow salad with honey agarics.

For this we need a deep salad bowl, the bottom of which will need to be covered with special food film. The first layer on the film will need to lay pickled honey mushrooms mixed with finely chopped greens, then layer-by-layer prepared carrots, then generously grease the first layer with mayonnaise.

The next layer is boiled meat, it will also need to be soaked with mayonnaise (preferably with a low fat content), after laying a layer of cucumber, boiled eggs, again lubricate all this with mayonnaise and put the boiled potatoes grated slightly on top and generously flavored with mayonnaise.

After all the layers are ready, you can cover the salad with a flat dish and gently turn over. You will get an original glade with mushrooms in the green grass (dill and parsley). Remove the food film and put the salad in the refrigerator to soak. This dish is tasty and nutritious.
