For several servings you will need:

  • 250 g (half of a head) of cauliflower;
  • 300 g of carrots;
  • Half a bunch of fresh parsley;
  • Spices, apple cider vinegar and unrefined vegetable oil for refueling.

Rinse the cabbage, disassemble the inflorescences, if necessary, remove the hard part if there is a lot of it, and boil for 10 minutes. While the vegetables are cold, grate the carrots on a grater and finely chop the parsley. Mix the prepared ingredients, season with a mixture of oil and vinegar, salt. A delicious cauliflower salad is ready.   • 800 g (1 large head) of cabbage inflorescence;
  • 1 lime - you will need juice;
  • Slightly squeezed garlic;
  • Quality olive oil, herbs, salt and other spices to taste.

To prepare this salad, you again need to disassemble the vegetable on the inflorescence, and then boil it. In parallel with this, you can prepare a sauce: squeeze the garlic in a small bowl, pour out freshly squeezed lime juice, add fresh or dry greens and olive oil. Stir thoroughly.
