How to prepare a salad with cheese and tomatoes?

In the summer-autumn season, when there are so many fresh vegetables, one of the main ingredients of festive salads wants to make any vegetable. Perfectly suitable for this purpose tomato, as it will make juicy and saturated almost any dish. It perfectly matches to taste with almost any product, for example, a very interesting taste has a salad with cheese and tomatoes.

There are a lot of recipes for this dish, you can stop by some of them. Additional ingredients, in addition to cheese and tomato, can be very diverse, from meat products to seafood. For example, a rather original and easy-to-prepare salad made of brynza and tomatoes. This can be one of the variants of Greek salad. For its preparation, in addition to the main ingredients, you will need cucumbers, Bulgarian pepper, olives, vegetable oil (you can take sunflower, but it will be better olive), greens, cloves of garlic. Greens and garlic are crushed, olives are cut into circles, everything else is cut into small cubes. Products are laid out in a bowl, mixed, added oil and a drop of lemon juice. Olives in this case can be added to the salad, and can be used for decoration.

Also, if cheese is put in a salad with cheese and tomatoes, you can cook it with cheese balls. This dish will look original on the festive table. Take a few medium-sized tomatoes, and cut into slices. With the olive liquid drains (it is better to keep it, it is useful for refilling), they can be cut into rings or used entirely. Onions (preferably white) are cut into half rings. The greens are crushed. Two small fresh cucumbers are peeled and cut into thin strips. 200 grams of cheese is softened with a fork, cucumber pulp and greens are added here. In addition, it is necessary to take ready-made croutons or cook them yourself (for this, a couple of slices of bread are cut into cubes and left in the oven until browned). Add the tomato slices and the hard cheese cut into large pieces. The salad is sauted with sauce, which is prepared as follows. Grated cheese with a small amount of chopped nuts (you can take walnuts, almonds, cedar or their combination) are diluted with olive oil, spices and shredded herbs are added here.

It must be said that a salad with cheese and tomatoes can become the main hit of the festive table, if it, in addition, is decorated in an original way. For this, olives or twigs of greens are perfect. You can also use a figuratively chopped tomato.
