To prepare the dish, it is necessary to wash half a kilo of small potatoes, cut into quarters, cover with a mixture of olive oil, salt and black pepper. To get an unforgettable aroma, it is recommended to sprinkle the tubers with chopped fresh rosemary. Put the potatoes to bake for half an hour. At this time, chop ten large mushrooms with rings and fry them together with the chopped onion and favorite seasonings. Then mix the mushrooms with potatoes and put the cream to cool. Mix all the ingredients with salt and jar of canned white beans (liquid is recommended to drain). If you want, you can add tomato cubes. As a sauce it is better to use olive oil. That's all.
