How to build an artificial pond with your own hands?

They can be made of reinforced plastic, of fiberglass, butyl rubber rubber or polyvinyl chloride. Picking up the form, you can proceed to install it. To do this, you need to dig a hole. Excavated pit, the bottom is covered with a layer of sand 15 cm thick. Now the entire pit is covered with an insulating film - so that its edges well protrude beyond the pit. Good elasticity of the film can be given, if before it is spread it for a while in the sun. In order to firmly fix the film, it is necessary to make a ditch 15 cm along the entire perimeter of the reservoir, lay the edges of the film in it and fix it with stones or gravel.

Now ponds can be filled with water, install a filter, a pump for the fountain and decorate the coastal zone.
