Variant with chicken

So, what is a Lilac salad? The recipe is quite simple. However, you must first prepare all the components. Chicken fillet, beets and onions should be boiled until completely cooked. Onions must be marinated in vinegar, diluted with water.

Boiled chicken should be cooled, and then cut into strips. Eggs and beets should be cleaned and then chopped. It is best to grate. Nuts are recommended to be shredded. Cheese and an apple should also be grated. In a deep salad bowl, put all the ingredients in layers in such a sequence: boiled fillet, pickled onion, shabby apple, crushed nuts, chopped cheese, boiled beets. At the same time, everything must be smeared with mayonnaise.

How to decorate

Egg white should be grated and divided into several parts. In this case, one half is recommended to be painted with beet juice. From the stems of parsley it is necessary to put on top of the salad something like a branch. After that, from the egg white you need to form lilac buds. They can be white or pink.

"Lilac" salad with seafood

Preparation of products

This dish is also called "Lilac Bouquet" salad. It is prepared quickly. For the beginning it is recommended to boil the beef and cool it. Then the meat should be cut into strips. Onions must be cleaned, washed, chopped, and then fried in oil. It is also worth squeezing garlic, add pepper and salt. Walnuts also need to be prepared. They need to be cleaned, lightly fried, and then chopped.

Potatoes should be boiled, peeled, grated. Mix the resulting mass with mayonnaise. And separately combine beef, fried carrots and chopped onions and nuts.

How to form a salad
