How to prepare pancakes thick on kefir with delicious filling

For these pancakes, we prepare the usual dough without brewing. Then a packet of cottage cheese is properly rubbed with eggs and whipped with a whisk. You should get a completely homogeneous mass.

Add the kefir to the resulting mixture and mix again with a whisk. Then gradually add flour (you can mix it with a mixer). Then add sugar, salt and soda to the dough. Thoroughly mix. Soda should not be extinguished, it will be extinguished by kefir, and the dough will turn out magnificent and with bubbles. By consistency, you should get a little dough a little dough than pancakes.

Now you can prepare the filling. To do this, finely chop the cabbage and pass it for about ten to fifteen minutes in vegetable oil. Then add the finely chopped ham to the cabbage.

Boil the eggs and let them through the egg or just rub on a large grater. All the components of the filling are mixed and salted.

Let's return to our pancakes. We warm the frying pan well and lubricate it with oil. At the center of the frying pan pour the scoop of dough and distribute throughout the frying pan. The fire needs to be made small. One half of the pancake immediately needs to put a thin layer of stuffing and wait until the pancake gets a little gripped from below so that you can pick it up with a shovel. Then, with a large shovel, we raise half the pancake without the filling, bend it and close that half of the pancake stuffed with the filling. It's easier to say bend the pancake in half. Now you need to take a little pancake (but do not overdo it so as not to squeeze the stuffing). When the pancake is baked edges, you need to turn it to the other side and fry until ready.

Pancakes on kefir fast

Necessary ingredients (for five servings):

• one and a half cup of wheat flour;

• six tablespoons of vegetable oil;

• two tea spoons of sugar;

• three tablespoons of honey;

• half a liter of kefir (or water);

• a little salt;

• Soda (at the tip of the knife).

The process of making pancakes
