How to make a salad of cucumbers and eggs
Prepare a salad of cucumbers and eggs
- 3 hard-boiled eggs;
- 50-70 g of hard cheese (you can take Parmesan);
- 1 large fresh cucumber with a bright green skin;
- salt and a little mayonnaise.
Prepare the ingredients, which you then mix in the salad. Fresh cucumber, egg and cheese can be rubbed on a large grater or finely chopped. Mix with each other, add salt, sprinkle with black pepper and season with mayonnaise. If you prefer a calorie-simplified version of the dish, then instead of the usual, you can add low-fat mayonnaise, sour cream or season salad with vegetable oil. All is ready. Considering the time of cooking eggs, you will need only 20 minutes from the beginning of cooking until you get a tasty and refreshing salad. By the way, in winter, instead of fresh cucumbers, you can add salted or pickled. Salad of cucumbers and eggs can be a wonderful snack for alcohol on the festive table.

- 4 cooked eggs;
- a bunch of green onions;
- half a head of lettuce;
- mayonnaise or sour cream for refueling, salt and spices (black pepper).
