Prepare a salad with sausage and vegetables

Salads are present in the menu of almost any cuisine in the world, and the main way of cooking them is one: you need to grind the required amount of required ingredients, season with sauce or butter and serve hot or cold to the table. But the variety of components is simply amazing. Salads are prepared not only with vegetables or fruits. To do this, use meat, fish, eggs, algae, caviar and so on. Russian cuisine is also rich in all sorts of salads, starting with the traditional "Olivier" and "Herring under the fur coat" and ending with more exotic options with shrimps, crab, capers, olives and other unusual ingredients. But we will leave similar recipes for celebratory feasts. On a typical day, you can quickly prepare a delicious salad with sausage, and add fresh or pickled vegetables, beans, corn or cheese as additional ingredients. Nourishing and nutritious, it may well become a full-fledged second and certainly enjoy the strong half of your family. Two simple recipes for cooking this simple dish read further in our article.

Option 1. Salad with sausage and cucumber

The taste of smoked sausage will successfully complement the vegetables. This salad can not only become your favorite everyday dish, but also decorate the festive table. For him you will need:

  • 200 g of any smoked sausage and hard cheese;
  • 1 small carrot;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • 1 can of canned sweet corn;
  • Mayonnaise for refueling;
  • Spices: salt and pepper.

Prepare the ingredients in the salad: smoked sausage, cucumbers, carrots should be finely chopped strips, and the cheese can be grated on a large grater. After that, in a large dish, combine all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Done! If you serve this salad with sausage to a festive table, it can be decorated with olives or greens. And if small portions of this dish are laid out in advance prepared baskets of dough, you will get a nice snack for a buffet or buffet.

Option 2. Salad with sausage and beans

This nourishing dish, thanks to the ingredients that it contains, contains a large amount of protein, so it can completely replace your supper by feeding if you serve portions with baguette or toast. For this salad get from the refrigerator:

  • 1 can of red or white canned beans;
  • 3 salted or pickled cucumber of medium size;
  • 150 g smoked or semi-smoked sausage;
  • 1 head onion (to taste);
  • Mayonnaise, dill greens, salt and pepper.

All ingredients, except beans, cut into small cubes, chop the onions finely. Stir the salad. Smoked sausages, beans, cucumbers and onions are a wonderful and satisfying combination, and a mayonnaise dressing with salt, pepper and fresh dill will give a more rich and delicate taste. If desired, you can add a few crackers to the finished dish. Just do this before serving directly on the table, otherwise the dried bread can get wet. Given that this salad is prepared in a hurry and from the available ingredients, it may well become an everyday dish for your family.
