Light, delicious and extremely nutritious salad with a beautiful name "Pink salad with shrimps with Pekinese cabbage" is quite easy to prepare.

To do this, we will need the shrimp itself (half a kilogram will suffice), the cabbage cabbage, one hundred grams of hard unsalted cheese, 3 small tomatoes, 3 eggs, a little lemon juice and flavoring to taste.

For the sauce it will be necessary to prepare 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, two tablespoons of ketchup, three tablespoons of melted cheese, a tablespoon of fatty cream and several cloves of garlic.

Preparation of a pink salad begins with the grinding of garlic, after which it is added to the remaining components of the sauce, which is whipped to a homogeneous mass. Shrimp should be boiled in frozen form in lightly salted water in spices, after which it should be allowed to cool, clean and marinate in prepared sauce for several hours.

Cabbage leaves to break with their hands, after which sprinkle them with fresh lemon juice, add thinly sliced tomatoes, grated eggs and cheese on a large grater. All the ingredients will need to be neatly laid out in layers. The first layer - tomatoes, the second - Peking cabbage, the third - eggs, the fourth - cheese and complete the picture - shrimp. Each layer will need to be saturated with sauce.

Salad with shrimps with soy sauce

To prepare this salad, you need to prepare 300 grams of canned shrimp, a little soy sauce and fresh ginger, 10 grams of sesame oil, 20 grams of chicken broth without salt and spices, as well as 10 grams of rice vodka and 5 grams of a 3 per cent solution of acetic acid, green onions.

First you need to prepare the shrimp, for this they will need to be finely chopped. Also, chop the green onions and ginger. Broth with vinegar, vodka and sesame oil must be thoroughly beaten until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

In a salad bowl lay the shrimps, greens, pour the prepared sauce and chilled to serve.

Alternatively, you can also consider a simple salad with prawns with oil and avocado. For its preparation it will be necessary to mix 150 grams of shrimp with lettuce, lemon juice, two finely chopped tomatoes and one chopped avocado. You can fill this salad with sour cream and spices, preferably with olive oil.
