Original salads for the wedding

The wedding table is a very important stage in preparation for the celebration. Today, there are many different recipes for delicious salads. However, I want guests to still be surprised. And of course, do not prepare "herring under the fur coat." Salads for a wedding should be unusual.

"Bride"

For a dish with a wedding name, you need to take a kilogram of beet and the same amount of potatoes. You also need 0.5 kg of carrots, a dozen eggs, 2 processed cheese, a few pounds of onions and mayonnaise. The onion is ground and fried in a pan. Because It is very much, it is better to take two frying pans at once.

Separately boil the remaining vegetables and eggs. Cheeses in advance tinder on a fine grater. The same happens with cooked vegetables (each kind - in separate containers). Only after this it is necessary to begin to lay the salad in a very deep salad bowl. First put the potatoes and a little fried onions. All this is smeared with mayonnaise. The next layer is carrots and onions, and then mayonnaise. Then - beets, onions and again mayonnaise. Then all the layers are repeated again. On top are crushed eggs, cheese and mayonnaise again. You can make a dish in different plates. However, before you serve these salads on the wedding table, they must get a good soak.

"Rings"

One serving of the dish will require such products:

  • 4 tomatoes;
  • Brynza (approximately 250gr);
  • Cheese of hard varieties (about 150 gr);
  • 2 bulbs (preferably red);
  • 100 gr of olives (of course, without pits);
  • 1 cucumber;
  • Marjoram (take one spoonful);
  • 6 spoons of vinegar;
  • Pickled chili;
  • 4 tablespoons of oil (preferably olive);
  • Dill;
  • Spices (salt and pepper).

Depending on the number of guests invited, you can make several dishes of this dish. These salads for the wedding will decorate the festive table.

Onions, cucumber, tomatoes and olives are cut into small slices. All this is mixed in a bowl. Separately, a sauce made of vinegar, marjoram, butter and spices. This refills the resulting salad. At the end in the dish add the cheese and pickled pepper. The salad is laid out on the plate in the form of two wedding rings.

«Wedding wreath»

Wedding salads can be made from ordinary products. However, there is always a "zest" in them. In this recipe is very important way to decorate, laying dishes. The wreath will need the following ingredients:

  • 150g of cheese (any hard grade);
  • 2 jars of canned squid;
  • 6 proteins;
  • 4 potatoes;
  • mayonnaise.

To prepare the main part you need to take:

  • 300g chicken (it is desirable that it was fillet);
  • The same amount of celery;
  • 300g of mushrooms;
  • Some capers;
  • 100g cheese (solid);
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • Boiled carrots;
  • mayonnaise;
  • Olives;
  • salt.

First you need to make a wreath. Therefore, it is necessary to boil eggs and potatoes. Each of these products is rubbed into individual cups. Then the wreath is laid out layer by layer: squid, then squirrels, potatoes and cheese. Each time the layers are coated with mayonnaise.

Seredinka is prepared easier. Mushrooms and chicken boil, and then grind. The remaining ingredients are also cut into small pieces. Cheese rubs on the grater. Everything is mixed and dressed with mayonnaise and fits into a wreath.

Decorate such salads for the wedding with olives and neat hearts that are carved from carrots.

"Festive"

This recipe indicates the number of products per small company invited for the wedding table. However, if necessary, you can always prepare this dish more. It will take half a kilo of colored cabbage, a little brynza (about 100g), as many nuts (better than walnuts), green onions, parsley, half a glass of sour cream and 50g of kefir, salt and pepper.

Cauliflower is sorted into small inflorescences, which are then boiled for 10 minutes in boiling water. After it is cooked and cooled, it is crushed. Brynza is cut into cubes. But the nuts are fried and crushed in a blender. Everything you get is mixed in one salad bowl.

Season the dish with a special sauce. It is made from kefir, sour cream, salt and black pepper. You can decorate the salad with a sprig of parsley on top.

Whatever salads for a wedding are not cooked, they will always be successful if created with love.
