For the first time, we grease our salad with mayonnaise, top it with a chopped onion. Next, lay half the cooked yolk, sauce, sprinkle with herbs. Then take the frozen butter and rub it on a fine grater. The final layer is yolks, wiped through a sieve with a spoon. "Mimosa" with tuna and cheese is ready. We send the salad for at least two hours in the refrigerator, or better - at night. Serving on the table, decorate with slices of tomatoes, lemon, greens. Ingredients can be divided into two parts and make more layers.
