Salads made from seafood are very nutritious, tasty and healthy dishes. Seafood like no other animal product is rich in vitamins, microelements and nutrients. These salads can be safely introduced into the diet of people who are trying to lose weight, since the "seafood" has a low calorie content. Ingredients for salads are usually fish, squid, crabs and mussels, which are perfectly complemented with vegetables. You can use crab sticks. It is very important to use only fresh products and avoid re-freezing.

Crab salad with pineapple

To prepare this salad, we need: a kilogram of crab meat, two eggs, half a glass of sifted flour, half a glass of milk, half a can of canned pineapple, one lemon, onions, a tablespoon of marinade (eg vinegar), lettuce, olives, small Tomatoes and to taste chili, sugar and salt.

Preparation: onion is thinly shredded in half rings, put into a bowl, add salt and sugar along a teaspoon and pour it all over with vinegar. Stir well and leave to marinate for half an hour.
Now we need to cook meat for meat. In a cup with a mixer, mix milk, flour and eggs. Add a tablespoon of biscuits, very little pepper and whisk again. Be careful with pepper, do not overdo it, otherwise the crab salad will turn out to be too sharp.
Crab meat is cut into small portions, dipped in batter and fried in olive oil on both sides until the appetizing crust appears.
On a large dish, lay out lettuce leaves, pieces of pineapple and a ready marinated onion. We put the pieces of fried meat from above, add the tomatoes cut in half, the rings of olives and lemon slices.
We prepare the gas station. Mix half a glass of olive oil, a spoonful of mustard, a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, half a lemon juice and a teaspoon of sesame oil.
We fill the salad with crab and sprinkle it lightly with sesame seeds.

Salad with crab sticks with cheese

Necessary ingredients for cooking: a packet of crab sticks, 100 grams of cheese, two eggs, a clove of garlic, mayonnaise.

Preparation: boil in a steep egg and cool under cool water.
Crab sticks are released from the film and finely grated on a grater. Leave two sticks, they will be useful to us in the future. Finely chop the cheese and peeled eggs.
In a deep bowl, lay eggs, cheese, crab sticks, add two tablespoons of mayonnaise, squeeze out the garlic and mix thoroughly.
From the resulting mass, we form medium-sized balls and crumble in crab chips. Put the balls on the dish and decorate with fresh herbs.
Salad is very original and beautiful.

Salad with crab sticks and mushrooms "Maestro"

Necessary products: a package of crab sticks, a can of canned mushrooms, a bulb, half a glass of rice, a can of canned corn, a fresh cucumber, three eggs, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, any fresh herbs.

Preparation: boil the eggs in a steep and cut into small cubes.
The onion is shredded by semirings. Rice boil and rinse underwater.
Crab sticks and cucumber cut into cubes. Open the corn and mushrooms, drain the liquid, mushrooms finely chopped.
Mushrooms and onion lightly fry in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
We take a deep salad bowl and lay out the products in layers, each of which is abundantly blotted with mayonnaise.
The first layer is half of boiled rice
The second layer is half the sliced egg
The third layer is half the crab sticks
The fourth layer is a cucumber
The fifth layer - fried mushrooms with onions
The sixth layer is again crab sticks
The seventh layer is rice
And the last layer - eggs
We decorate the salad with fresh herbs.
