We prepare a salad with Bulgarian pepper and ham. Several different options

If the guests unexpectedly arrived, and feasts obviously can not be avoided, but there is nothing to feed them, the experienced housewife will not be lost anyway. Most likely, she will try to set the table, cooked something delicious of the available ingredients (those that were available). From cold snacks it can very well be a salad with Bulgarian pepper and ham. Moreover, it will take no more than 15 minutes to create it. And the recipe itself can be modified depending on the availability of certain products and culinary preferences of people who came to visit.

Salad with olive oil "Olga"

This snack will be useful in the women's team, or in the event that the feast is supposed to be easy and short. The dish turns out dietary, but quite satisfying. Of the ingredients are useful: leaf lettuce, ham, Bulgarian pepper (best of all a little different colors), soft cheese (feta or mozzarella). All products are taken in approximately equal proportions. Dressing salad with olive oil (unrefined, ideally - cold pressing). And from spices use dried basil and oregano, black ground pepper.

Leaves of lettuce should be crushed by hands. The rest of the ingredients are cut into cubes. Then everything is mixed, sprinkled with spices and poured with oil. If desired, you can add a little salt.

Salad with chicken ham and canned corn

Usually it is filled with mayonnaise, however, to get a dietary dish, you can do with low-fat sour cream or vegetable oil. Necessary products: chicken ham, bell pepper, corn - 200 grams. Sweet onions - 1 piece, lettuce leaves for decoration, mayonnaise or sour cream for dressing, as well as salt and a little ground pepper.

Ham and Bulgarian pepper (red or orange) are cut into small cubes. Then they add canned corn, salt, pepper, season mayonnaise (sour cream) and serve, laying on green leaves. Thanks to a small number of quite affordable ingredients, such a salad with Bulgarian pepper and ham may well become a "duty dish". And if it does not add sour cream or mayonnaise, and pour a spoonful of olive oil, it will become both tasty and useful.

Simple festive salad

Bulgarian pepper, ham, cheese - that's all it takes to quickly cook up a simple, but very elegant dish. It can be filled with mayonnaise, and served in separate vases. To let the salad with Bulgarian pepper and ham be brighter, green onions are added there (for contrasting color and taste).

The ingredients are cut into cubes. Cheese can be rubbed large. Cut the onions as small as possible. When all the ingredients are prepared, a lettuce sheet (you can do without it) is placed on the bottom of each bowl, then ham, bell pepper, onions, cheese, and on top - mayonnaise. The composition is perfectly complemented by a twig of any greenery.

Sour salad with pasta

This is a spectacular, tasty, but quite high-calorie culinary experiment. Pasta is added to cold snacks infrequently, but in this case they are quite appropriate. For 200 grams of any ham take a large bell pepper, a small sweet onion. Still need a glass of any pasta (best horns), 150 g of green peas (canned or frozen), mayonnaise, ground pepper.

Serve it on a common dish, as a decoration you can use greens or salad leaves. Pasta is pre-brewed in salted water and left to cool. If the peas are frozen, it is scalded with boiling water. Onions cut as small as possible, and the ham and pepper - larger, cubes. Then all you need to mix, season with mayonnaise and pepper. Serve a salad with Bulgarian pepper and ham immediately, so that the pasta has not had time to soak and deoxidize. By nutritional value, it can easily replace the main course.

With avocado and cucumber

This is perhaps the most difficult option in terms of composition. If the pasta and a piece of ham will be found in almost any mistress, then a couple of fresh tomatoes, cucumber and avocado - unlikely. Therefore, for its preparation, apparently, have to go to the store. There you also need to buy a jar of canned peas, Bulgarian pepper, a bunch of dill, lemon and mayonnaise.

Vegetables must be washed and cut into strips (tomato - thin slices). Dill finely chopped. Avocado is cleaned, cut with strips and poured with lemon juice. All products are combined, add peas, mix and season with mayonnaise. It turns out a very tasty and quite hearty dish.

Having a piece of ham and some vegetables in the fridge, you can always make a delicious salad. And how to call it and with what to give depends on the imagination of the mistress herself. Combining in their own kitchen various products that happened to be at hand, many risk to create their own culinary masterpiece, which eventually becomes a specialty. The main thing is not to be afraid to experiment.
