Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes, then get it, spread it on a dish and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve with any side dish.

With vegetables

When the garnish does not feel like it, salmon comes in foil with vegetables. For cooking, take 5-6 steaks from salmon, a few tomatoes, sweet Bulgarian pepper, zucchini.

Wash the vegetables, squash the squash. Squash take a young, which has not yet formed seeds, usually the fruit is 5-7 cm in circumference and a length of up to 27 cm, the skin of their still soft and easily scratches even with a slight pressure on the nail. Cut vegetables with rings of equal thickness, about 1-1.5 cm. Lay out, alternating between them to the bottom of a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, then lay a layer of salmon on them and salt too. You can spread out completely or divide into groups, so that later it was easier to divide into portions and beautifully spread on a dish for filing to the table.

The pan is wrapped around the foil, tightly wrapping the edges to prevent evaporation of the juices. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 55 minutes. Before serving, fish must be sprinkled with lemon juice.

With potatoes

Potato is a universal garnish for any dish, especially meat or fish. Therefore, the salmon in foil with potatoes rightfully requires our attention.

For preparation, 1-1.3 kg is required. Fish, as much potatoes, 2-3 large onions, champignons, mayonnaise. We prepare the salmon in the usual way, you can cut it into fillets, removing the spine and large bones.

My potato, clean and cut into thin plastic. You can do this with a special float.

Onions are cleaned, finely shredded and fried until cooked in oil. Be sure to salt in the process of frying, so that it is delicious as an independent dish.

On the sheet for baking lay out layers that resemble fish scales, potatoes and salt. Then go a layer of salmon, which will cover the onions and mushrooms.
