How to cook a pie in a multivark

The appearance of the multivarker greatly facilitated the life of housewives. In addition to gorgeous cereals, excellent soups and stew, you can cook any pie - in a multivark, baking turns tender and airy.

A pie can be cooked any: meat, fish, sweet, bulk, jellied - mistresses can not worry about the result. The main thing is to observe the proportions during the preparation of the dough.

Cabbage-meat pie in the multivariate

This is a jellied pie, so the dough for it will be liquid.

We will need: 300 gr. Pork, chicken or beef, 500 gr. Fresh cabbage, a pair of bulbs, three eggs, four tablespoons of mayonnaise, seven spoons of sifted flour, baking powder, salt.

In the cup of the multivark in the "Quenching" mode for 40 minutes, stew the meat cut into small pieces, chopped cabbage and onion with semicircles. When the quenching is over, season with spices.

Eggs beat up with mayonnaise mixer and slowly add a tablespoon of flour with baking powder. We prepare the dough when the filling is already ready.

Cabbage and meat filling is filled with dough and set the mode "Baking" for 65 minutes. At the end of cooking, the pie can be removed, turned over and set the timer again for 20 minutes.

Fish pie "My Fish" can be made from fillets of any fresh fish or canned.

We will need: a can of your favorite canned fish, 300 gr. Sour cream, 5 eggs, 300 gr. Sifted flour, three onions, 100 gr. Margarine for baking, salt, sugar, baking powder.

We prepare a soft dough: we separate the yolk and the protein of one egg, we take only the yolk. Mix sugar, salt, yolk, 100 gr. Sour cream, margarine and mix thoroughly until homogeneous, slowly adding flour mixed with a teaspoon of baking powder.

Prepare the dough for pouring: 4 eggs and the remaining protein whisk with the remnants of sour cream, add salt and spices. Mix well with a mixer.

We roast the onion and mix it with fish canned food, well with a fork.

We lubricate the bowl of the multivark, we distribute the soft dough and mash it in the bowl so that the bottom is completely closed, and the sides are formed on the walls.

We put the fish filling from above and fill it with a liquid batter.

In the "Baking" mode, the pie in the multivarquet is prepared for 65 minutes.

Another recipe is Charlotte. Apple pie in the multivark turns out to be gentle, airy, with an amazing sweet and sour taste.

For the filling of the slices we cut four apples, sprinkle them with lemon juice. If there are more apples, then the time to prepare a pie in a multivarquet will go much more.

We prepare the dough for the pie in such a way: we beat the five eggs to the foam, pour a glass of sugar and, without stopping the whipping, add a glass of flour over a tablespoon.

We lubricate the cup of the multivark, spread the apples to the bottom and fill it with dough. The bowl of the multivark should be shaken gently to leave air bubbles, and the dough is distributed evenly.

Set the timer in the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes. We check the preparedness of the pie with a wooden toothpick, if necessary, increase the time.

The top of the pie in the multivarker does not get blanched, so when you feed it, turn it upside down with a ruddy face.
