Healing properties

Raspberry has a huge amount of various useful substances, including nitrogenous, tannic and pectinic substances, essential oils, fiber, vitamins A, C and B, iron, potassium, zinc, copper, cobalt and magnesium. The berry has an anti-sclerotic property and the ability to strengthen capillaries.

It contains salicylic acid, which reduces heat and does not have any side effects. It is useful to use for diseases of the digestive tract, kidney and anemia.

Recipes of alcoholic beverages

From it you can prepare various alcoholic beverages, while the home tincture of raspberries will have a wonderful taste and will be a decoration of the festive table.

Tincture of raspberry on vodka

You will need:

  • 0,5 l of good, high-quality vodka;
  • Berries of raspberry (one liter pot);
  • 100 ml of filtered / boiled water;
  • A glass of sugar.

Preparation:

  1. In order to start preparing tinctures from raspberries, the berry needs to be carefully examined, to choose pests and quarrels. Rinse it in a colander with water so that the fruits do not damage. Set aside for a couple of minutes, so that the water is completely glass.
  2. Put berries in a jar, making it very carefully so as not to damage them.
  3. Pour rafts of vodka so that it completely covers them. Close the can with a tight lid.
  4. Remove the raspberries for a few months in the refrigerator.

  6. The remaining berries must be filled with sugar, covered with a lid and intensively shaken. After that, the bank with berries is also cleaned in the refrigerator for several months. Sometimes you need to get it and shake it.
  7. When the insistence is over, you need to get a jar of berries that have let the juice. The mixture is brought to room temperature.
  8. Half a glass of water should be boiled, then pour it berries. The resulting liquid must be filtered through gauze.
  9. The resulting syrup with the vodka, which in our refrigerator has long been worth. All tincture on vodka with raspberries is ready!

Pouring out raspberry

You will need to prepare:

  • 1.3 kg of sugar;
  • Raspberry - 3,5 kg.

This is a very simple recipe for raspberry tincture. Ripe, clean berries pour into a five-liter jar, add sugar, cover with gauze and clean for 3 days. Next, remove the gauze and make a water seal. Leave the resulting mixture for a couple of weeks, until the fermentation process stops. Then filter through the paper or thick fabric. Pour into bottles and clog them.

Tincture of raspberries on alcohol

To prepare it you will need:

  • 0.5 liters of alcohol;
  • 3 kg of berries;
  • 7 liters of water.

Mix all the ingredients in a 10 liter bottle. Close the lid and tighten it with a canvas, then put it for two weeks near the window. Every day, shake the bottle, which prepares our tincture of raspberries on alcohol. In 14 days our berries will begin to "play": move along the bank from the top to the bottom and from the bottom up. This means that the raspberry tincture is ready. It must be filtered through gauze and leave to be infused for another couple of days. Then pour into bottles.

It is worth noting that the bottles in which our tincture of raspberries on vodka will be stored, it is better to take from champagne, so that it does not burst internal pressure. To the very top you do not need to top up. Leave 3 cm of air. In this case, the plugs should be tied with wire or rope, as if on champagne. This tincture of raspberries on vodka is stored in a cool, ventilated place with a neck down. After a month and a half, it will fully ripen, after which it can already be consumed. Do not be discouraged if a bottle breaks, because the remaining pouring is already ripe. It is suitable for a Christmas or New Year's table. You can store it for no more than six months.

Pouring of cherries and raspberries

For cooking, you will need:

  • 200 sheets of cherry;
  • Raspberry - 1 kg;
  • Sugar - 1 kg;
  • Water - 1,5 l;
  • Vodka - 1 l;
  • Citric acid - 3 liters.

Cherry leaves and berries boil for 5 minutes on low heat. At the bottom of the colander, lay the gauze, throw the leaves and berries on it and squeeze it. Send to a large saucepan, add citric acid and sugar, pour it with vodka. After that, boil, and then pour out on the bottles prepared in advance.

On cognac

So, now let's see how to make a tincture of raspberries on cognac. Its taste is perfectly combined with the berry. It is recommended to make a drink without sugar in order to preserve the natural aroma.

Required:

  • 1 liter of this good cognac;
  • 750 grams of raspberries.

Preparation:

  1. Raspberry is washed and cleaned, after which it is removed into the jar.
  2. Next, she pours cognac so that over a layer of raspberries he performed.

  4. The tincture is filtered and stored in convenient bottles for storage.

With jam

Required:

  • 0.5 liters of vodka;
  • 500 g of raspberry jam.

  • 2 L of citric acid;
  • 0.5 liters of vodka;
  • 40 sheets of cherry.

Preparation:

  1. Leaves and berries are filled with a liter of clean water, after which they boil for 5 minutes.
  2. The tincture is filtered and cooled, then there is added sugar, citric acid, and boiled again.
  3. As soon as the mixture cools, vodka is sent to it. The resulting liquor is bottled in convenient bottles and is removed for infusion for a month.

Application

Of course, all these drinks can be used during the feast, as well as keep warm in the winter and cool in the fall. Tincture of raspberry on vodka is most often used for entertainment purposes, although this does not mean that it does not have useful properties. Contraindications
