Of course, it is not so exquisite as those sweets that we bake to solemn events, but it is quite suitable for home tea on a weekday or on weekends. In addition, the ingredients used to make delicacies are very simple, affordable and cheap, and the cooking time is only one hour.

Cake "Mannik": recipe with sour cream

For the preparation of sweets, get out of your stocks:

  • 1 cup of the usual manga;
  • 1 cup of any sour cream;
  • 1 glass (or slightly less if you are going to make a cake with sweet stuffing) sugar;
  • 1.5 cups of wheat flour;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • Half a teaspoon of table salt and one - soda.

Mix in a deep bowl of eggs with sugar (the mass can also be beaten with a mixer), and then add flour, semolina and sour cream, pour in salt and put out the soda, which is boiling with water. Mix well, you should get a medium-density dough, homogeneous, without lumps. Leave it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes, semolina should be slightly swollen. After the set time, pour the dough into a lightly oiled form and place it at 180 degrees, usually it takes 40 minutes. However, the time for which the cake "Mannik" (the recipe of which is given above) will be ready depends on the characteristics of the plate, so in different cases the cake can be taken out after 30 minutes, and in some cases through all 50. Therefore, to make sure that the cake is completely Baked, pierce it with a match or toothpick - if it has no traces of dough, then the form can be safely removed from the oven.

Very tasty banana cake "Mannik": a recipe for kefir

This is an option for baking based on a fermented milk product. For him, take:

  • 3 bananas, you can also take any fruit or berry of your choice;
  • 1 cup of ordinary or low-fat kefir;
  • 1 cup of semolina familiar to everyone;
  • 1.5 cups of flour;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 100 g of butter (creamy, melted);
  • 1 glass of sugar (or less - the filling will be sweet);
  • A little bit of soda.

Mix mango, sugar, kefir and soda, and it must be extinguished before adding to the dough. Leave the mass to stand for a couple of hours or clean all night in the fridge so that the groats are swollen, then add the sifted flour and butter to it, which must be melt. Mix very well, your dough should be without lumps and not too thick. A bake it you need exactly the same as that cake "Mannik", the recipe of which is given above. That is, at 180 degrees and for 40 minutes to one hour. When everything is ready, cool the cake, cut it into 2 halves, lower it well with condensed milk, and put bananas cut into slices from above. Close the second half and let stand for half an hour. From above, you can also decorate with condensed milk. After that, serve the baked goods for tea.
